Be ready to pay high cost for food. Nothing given for breakfast with booking. Just like everywhere have employees stretched out, trying to cover multiply positions. Went to lunch at golf course after checking out, to use a gift card and only had 1 waitress for the whole restaurant. Took an over 1 hour for a kid's chicken nugget meal, which we just took to go. Then the gift card system was down.

We did not like the feeling of being "nickel & dimed". $8 dollar domestic beers, no complementary breakfast or even a coffee bar in the lobby. Nice place that could earn a better review otherwise. Thank you, Doug Spelman

We visited two weeks prior to Easter and then decided to return for the holiday with our daughter. We have had such a great time- the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs are our favorite! We can’t wait to return in the warmer weather and kayak and enjoy the hiking trails! It was raining both weekends we went sadly. The service at the hotel and the restaurants were top notch. We enjoyed both of our stays and look forward to returning again soon.

Really need more food choices on site. Grab and go options instead of sit down only. Also a better gift shop with souvenirs and snack items.

It is our third time for staying there. We brought the grand kids, ages 4 and 13. It was their spring break and we needed somewhere for the kids to swim, relax and eat. The only thing that I did not like was we all went into the Gift Shop and spent $120. Later that day my 13 grand daughter went back to my another of one of the things that we bought earlier and the clerk wouldn't let her in. The clerk lost a $50 sale. Now I have no desire to ever buy anything in the Gift Shop ever again.

Stay was great but beware of the extra $42 resort fee per room incurred during check in. Shame Expedia makes it seem like they’re all covered when in fact they’re not.

Some of the staff was rude, i don't know if it was my sweat pants coming in after a long drive. Felt like I was not up to par for them. Buffet wasn’t terrible if you were just going to eat side but none of the meet was edible honestly. Hot water in shower all the way on lukewarm if lucky. I would never spend 500$ on two nights here again i can promise you that. I will get a cabin elsewhere close to a lake.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Perfect getaway for the entire family! Traveled with my husband, 5 yo son, and dog. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we arrived to checkout. Plenty of amenities to keep us busy or relax when needed. We’ll be back soon!

Faux Ice? Who knew!
Our trip was for our grandbabies, "making the memories" . The food is very good, on-site activities fabulous for the kiddos, fake ice (plastic) skating is really a thing! The rooms are a bit dated and sometimes thats difficult to make appear clean, especially carpeting. Some of the linens needed swapped out but I know had I asked they would have been replaced. The staff was all super accomodating. Overall a wonderful stay.

Very nice resort. We enjoyed it very much. The surrounding lake is beautiful. We really like the long board walk. The room is very clean and comfortable. The resort is well maintained and managed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will come back for sure.

Excellent, well worth it
This property is beautiful. The big fireplace in lobby. The picture windows over looking the lake with the foilage was amazing. The library, with books, games and another fireplace was a great find. Thr pool, hittib and gym was also nice. The bar TJ Muskies hsd some great craft beers and good food. The restaurant, Stillwaters was excellent ss well. We did not get to try the restaurant located in the clubhouse of the golf course, but will do so on our next visit. There was aldo a boat on which you take a ride on the lake, but it was not operational during our stay. This resort is wonderful. Everything you could possibly need is available to you.

Liked the indoor pool and hot tubs in two different locations. Although the pump soap is probably more sanitary and economical, small bars are still my preference. The fall decorations of mums and pumpkins were great!
