Alright
The check in process was easy and we were able to contact the property manager via WhatsApp. She came to check in, in person the first evening and was lovely to chat to. Unfortunately she didn't know much about the property, kayaks, or beach/reef.
It was easy to find the property and the fence provided security during our stay. The house was nice and clean, with plenty of towels and linens. Each floor had several fans and windows that open, plus an A/C unit we used occasionally. The smart TVs were great, and we used our usual streaming services. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had most items we needed (loved having a good blender, we enjoyed many Pina colada). The pool house was not needed during our stay but we rinsed off at the outdoor shower and enjoyed the pool floats we found inside.
Unfortunately, there were a few things that disappointed us. The fridge took several days to chill the few beers and ingredients we brought along. There were no ice cube trays so we had to go shopping for trays or cubes. The kitchen faucet had very minimal water pressure which made cleaning up after meals frustrating. We were assured that there was a 5 gallon jug of drinking water at the house ready for us but it was near empty on arrival (luckily we had bought our own before arriving). The pool was quite sandy. The kayaks were not safe to use, as the drainage holes someone added caused us to almost sink. The beach was unfortunately littered and not nice for swimming.
