Recomendable para estadia
EL hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion esta cerca de las principales playas tiene una excelente vista al mar su equipo de trabajo y la encargada del hotel muy amable, como recomendacion es que las habitaciones les hace falta repisas, closets o gaveteros para guardar la ropa ya que tuvimos en todo el tiempo nuestras cosas en las maletas, pero el lugar es recomendable todo esta nuevo en el hotel

I arrived at the hotel at 1 pm for check in and noticed that the front gate was locked and no one was there; it was completely deserted. I then called the number listed in front of the hotel and spoke with a male on the other line who said someone would be there shortly. I went for lunch and returned at 2 30 pm and the property was still locked. I waited for a few minutes and the receptionist finally showed up who told me that she had a doctor's appointment and the property was closed because of COVID. She then proceeded to unlock the gate and gave me the key to the room and then left. I then found myself another hotel and got the hell out of there! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND GET IT OFF EXPEDIA!!!

The property was really bad , there is no amenities near by . There was all kinds of insects in the room . We found mosquitos and a cockroach in the floor and the worst thing was that we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay because the lock broke .

Unacceptable/ scary
I got to the hotel and no one was present. The hotel was like a ghost town. I had no service on the phone and no internet. It was really scary. An older lady walked by and without any spanish I was able to explain that I needed to use her phone. I was able to call the the beach house hotel. The manager picked me up and saved me. I stayed there for the remaining trip. Scary experience I’m glad it wasn’t night time

Thanks for the comment. We are very sorry for the situation. The island is going through a hurricane season and due to that some flights and ferries were canceled, we tried to contact you from the reservation platform but you did not respond to us, we did not have access to a phone or email to confirm if you would arrive. Seeing no response, we decided to close the facilities to protect our workers from the heavy rains that were coming. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Cheers.

They didn't know that i pay through Orbitz, they not even have my reservation on hand, and the manager never ask about how was the service when we were eating at the Bar
