Good service from airport pickup to airport drop off. I enjoyedy short stay, and was comfortable with the room. The food was good but not great. There"s not a large selection offered.

This place doesnt give you an opportunity to cancel even if its within 5minutes of accidentally booking it. Also ONCE your forced to go to the area its so intimidating and terrifying, wouldnt suggest it unless you want to be walking on egg shells with all the gang members out front of the resorts holding what seems like a knife trying to extort you. Book elsewhere and save your money.

The hotel it was okay. Food was good. They don’t activities going on .it was more Like for older people. Nothing to do For little kids. I felt like they focus more Cruises more than the people staying there. Probably would give 3 start not the best.

The shuttle service was great the hotel rooms are nice but I will say this I stayed in the upper section of the resort room 16 and it’s a hike up the stairs to the room but view was fantastic the real part that bothered me is the toliet it wouldn’t take paper so how do ya wipe ya butt :) other then that resort is great very low key relaxed and staff are allways nice and attentive

Turquoise bay was the most relaxed resort I have ever been to the staff are what make it shine but the one part I have to say is the beach is basically yours until the cruise ships come then it’s crazy but they come in a. Few times during week and the whole bottom beach bars food everything at beach is shut down when there are no boats !! All inclusive it is but at specific times for food drinks are allways available I would definitely come again food was ok and the hidden jewell about this place is the farm they have behind it !!!!! All there food is grown there eggs and so many cool animals roaming everywhere!!!!

We are here now and cannot recommend this hotel enough. They coordinated an airport shuttle so getting here was very easy. The beach is beautiful. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Gina who has been so sweet to my kids. If safety is a concern, don’t think twice about booking here. It’s very safe. The entire island is but the hotel is secluded which adds the extra layer for safety. I’m traveling solo with two kids ages 7 and 9. The hotel is mainly diving clientele so there aren’t a ton of kids here but the cruise ships dock several times per week which brings tourists to the hotel with excursions. We find this to be really fun as the resort becomes lively for a few hours each day. The rest of the day it is very relaxed and quiet. If you like to party, this isn’t the resort for you. This is a very low key, quiet, and secluded resort. I can’t stress that enough! The hotel is all inclusive but there isn’t food available all day. There are set meal times and a snack time each evening before dinner. I’ve found the food to be fantastic. My kids have had a tough time but that’s not on the hotel. They have had cereals and things my kids can pick at during meals so they wont starve. I’d just keep this in mind if you have picky eaters like I do. They will also make food for your kids like chicken fingers and wings/fries if there really isn’t anything your kiddos can tolerate. We loved this stay and I hate that I’m limited to 1500 characters!

Despite the terrible weather in Roatan for our trip, Turquoise Bay was an excellent resort. We were contacted in advance of our arrival by the hotel asking if we need a shuttle in, and upon arriving we were greeted by lovely guest reception. All the restaurant staff were amazing and very friendly. I wish we had everyone's names to mention. A few that I can remember, Luis was always attentive and checking if we needed drinks, Edid (I think that's how to spell her name) was so friendly serving food at the buffet. There was another young guy who was often cooking eggs in the morning or pad Thai on Asian night who had a contagious smile. He went out of his way to be friendly. Most of the female wait staff were friendly and dancing to the music and even sang on karaoke night which was a lot of fun to see! And the gentleman with braces who worked the main bar in the games room beside the pool was always looking to help. And Peggy at the front desk was also wonderful. I'm definitely missing some, bit suffice it to say that the staff were excellent and attentive. Thanks for great service!

The sea view was wonderful. Beach clean and water very clear. Room was very clean with shower and bathroom. There was no fridge in the room the room sometimes gets hot, the AC unit does not cool very well. food was drinks were delicious and tasty. I just wish they had more seafood on the menu

It was amazing, employees in general were outstanding. My son and I were very pleased with the accomodations. Every single employee were attentive with our demands. I don't want to give them 5* but I will give them 5 💎. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and welcoming.

the restaurant is small but just right for the amount of guests, and was shaded; enclosed to keep the birds & most bugs out; deck was great to sit and watch/eat. Personal service by staff was very, very nice; they introduced themselves and remembered my name each time they assisted me. I liked the food that was prepared and enjoyed the variety of flavor with each veggie salad type and the sea bass in breading (ate a lot of that!). I stayed in the 2 story building between the restaurant and boat docks and was having a hard time getting to sleep due to outside yard lights showing bright into my room (that room needs blinds installed; I mentioned this to management before I left) Impressed with 24 hour security on property!! The bar was stocked nicely with alcohol but I did not have too much; the cola was cold but flat (I like the fizz with my Coca Cola!). I swam in warm waters, kayaked out to the surf line and the tree groves and had a great time doing so; the long shoreline helped to spread the cruise ship clients to maximize the feel of open space, which I enjoyed. Thank you for making my trip help me to unwind and relax!
