Ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the local mountain bike track, this home offers both relaxation and adventure right at your doorstep. Designed with families in mind, it provides space, comfort, and privacy in a peaceful Robe setting.

The home features four well-appointed bedrooms, all with built-in robes, and two bathrooms. One bathroom is newly installed and located in the external shed, with access from outside only — perfect for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.

Step outside and enjoy the fully enclosed backyard, where children can safely play while adults relax in the undercover entertaining area. With both grassed and paved spaces, the yard is ideal for backyard cricket, games, or simply unwinding in the fresh coastal air.

In the evenings, enjoy a short 650m stroll to the local Ski Lake and take in the tranquillity and natural beauty of the area. On cooler nights, settle in front of the wood fire and enjoy a movie in comfort.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
