“Upon arrival we realized this is not a farm but a little small holding. All units less than 15 feet from each other. A Large Barn is also right opposite the cottages where workers are staying. Drawers in kitchen not in good condition, small stove in a terrible condition. Dead ants in the cupboard. The Sunday morning the workers who stay in the barn opposite the cottages were painting and playing terrible and very loud music. This was not a nice Sunday morning on a farm. “We had a great one night stay when taking the NCCR (New Cape Central Railway) wine tasting train in Robertson. Good walking distance to the raiway. Friendly staff, great beds, excellent location and stunning gardens. I especially loved the sculptures in the garden. We bought some food and wine after the train, and had a stay at home tapas dinner. The staff helped us to make a fire, and we sat outside in the fall evening enjoying the lovely outdoor space ”
