“Cada año va a peor. Ya no volveré a repetir. La señal wifi no iba, así que me cambiaron de habitación y seguía sin funcionar. No tiene cobertura. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y casi sin efecto. Una humedad terrible, al punto de estar el suelo mojado. Pedí unos cubiertos para comer algo de fruta en la habitación y me dijeron que los fuera a comprar al 7 eleven. “The room and hotel was just okay . Buffet breakfast was very limited. No egg station, no bacon, no yogurt., things that are in most other buffets even in Chanthaburi. A couple dishes in warming trays but all the food was cold or luke warm. No safe in the room, no iron available at the hotel when requested. Best part of the hotel is the swimming pool which was clean, large and also has a jacuzzi section in the pool.”

“Overall decorations are creative and fascinating. Breakfast is beyond expectation. Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Bed and blanket are very soft and comfortable that I didn't want to get up from it. “Die Lage am Fluss hinter dem Hotel ist ja wunderschön. Der Eingangsbereich ist aber nicht gerade berauschend...grau in grau... Mir wurde ein fensterloses Zimmer zugewiesen mit fantasieloser Ausstattung. Ich habe dann am folgenden Tag in "Am2tree" gewechselt. Dort hatte ich fpr den gleichen Preis ein superschnes Zimmer mit Balkon für beinahe den gleichen Preis. Am Personal möchte ich nichts kritisieren. Die Angestellten waren allesamt nett und hilfsbereit.”
