“Good hotel BUT BEWARE The $15 food and beverage credit is not a credit but an appetizer up to $15 in value at the steak house. Next the steak house is only open 5-8pm Tuesday through Saturday. So Unless you are within the boundaries of the hours of the restaurant, the Expedia description is absolutely misleading.”

“The room was very congested and the carpet seemed never vacuumed because the floor had a lot of pets hair. The staff seemed unwilling to smile and be friendly. The blanket had yellow stain on it. The coffee maker had collected dust.Some towels smelled bad. However the building itself looks well kempt and clean.”

“From the road the Glenwood looks dated and not real appealing. BUT the rooms have been updated fairly recently amd rhe beds are quite comfy...bit soft for my liking, but I still slept really well. Rhe Glenwood has an indoor and an outdoor pool so our family had a blast. The Glenwood also doesn't have an attached restaurant but I'll recommend Lil T's across the road. A very shorr walk that is well worth trying. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend.”

“I stayed one night as I was going through my Kootenay road trip and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and property were beautiful and well kept. Surprisingly a breakfast buffet was included and was terrific, much higher quality than most hotel breakfasts but I believe it was a VIP perk through Expedia so YMMV (I was told it's 30dollars without the voucher). Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. There are a few other food...

“Our room was utterly charming! The room amenities were great; the Keurig coffee machine was very much appreciated and it was nice and quiet. Having parking available thru the Cloudside hotel was a plus!”
