Perfect location for our stay while our son was at Mayo. The house is beautifully finished and furnished. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house, but could see that the kitchen was very well furnished and the beds were very comfortable.

This house is spotless clean and very close to Mayo. The road construction is terrible in the area so it's nice to be able to park and walk everywhere or there are many shuttle options.

Clinic visits can be stressful to say the least. Oasis Luxe Suite made our evenings relaxing. Wonderful stay.

Clean property-convenient location for mayo patients

This was a perfect stay for us during our son’s Mayo Clinic appointments. Very clean with lots of modern luxuries and amenities. Lots of awesome communication with the host making check in and check out seamless.

Walk to Mayo

My husband and I had appointment for several days at Mayo Clinic. This apartment was a comfortable place to stay. It is a 10 minute walk through a beautiful neighborhood to the main Mayo building.

Downtown and comfortable

We enjoyed this place. We had no complaints. The property was well maintained. Everything worked. The garage was especially nice to have a spot near downtown. I had the master bedroom with my own bathroom. Convienent and comfortable.

Very clean rental with well stocked kitchen. Good directions for entry and responsive host. Nice, quiet neighborhood safe for walking. There is limited parking at Mayo Clinic and so much construction that the easy 10 minute walk was a great option! Overall great experience and would stay there again. 5 stars.

Convenient to Mayo

Safe and convenient location a few blocks from Mayo, grocery stores and restaurants. Communication was great if we had any questions or concerns. We enjoyed the lime scooters and bikes for additional transportation! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect setting

This accommodation was perfect for us. Location was so close to St Marys and let cal restaurants. Shuttle to Mayo worked out well. Well supplied. Can opener needs to be replaced and you need a church key. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient

The unit was immaculate, cute and welcoming. Having two full bathrooms was wonderful. We appreciated the Nutribullet for making smoothies. Kitchen nicely equipped. Unit was as described. Dedicated and secure parking. Easy walking distance to all Mayo buildings. Host communicated clearly and timely. Definitely recommend.

Brand new unit very well appointed. Just a block and a half off of the mayo hospital campus. Communication with host was very good. no issues at all and I would recommend this unit for sure.

Stay at oasis luxe suite

This place was perfect!!!! A beautiful completely remodeled house with 4 units. Ours was in the basement but don’t let that sway you…. Plenty of windows in every room!!! It was in perfect condition and was more than supplied with everything you would need including some bottled water and snacks. The place was decorated perfectly, very comfortable and felt very high end. The location was incredible with proximity to Mayo Clinic. Hopefully I don’t have to return to Mayo, but if I do, I’m staying here!!! Great place!!

We came to Rochester for medical reasons. This unit is so easy to get to and from the Mayo Clinic’s. The orange section on the front and side of the building made it easy to find. We had the basement suite. It is a two bedroom, two bath suite, which made it very comfortable for my husband and I. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the appliances that we needed for cooking our own meals. Everything in the suite was very clean and organized. We didn’t have to do anything but enjoy our stay!!

Perfect spot for someone spending a few days at Mayo

This ended up being a great place to settle in before and after a surgery at the St. Mary’s Hospital. We had the basement level condo which worked well for us. It was well stocked with soaps/supplies etc. We made some meals in the kitchen and also ordered takeout from restaurants nearby. It was about 3-4 blocks from the entrance for us but that wasn’t an issue. The place was clean and looked modern. We washed a few loads of laundry and that worked out great. We found some walking paths nearby so that was nice as well. My only comment might be that for those who are less mobile, it could be a challenge getting in and out of the accommodations with the stairways etc. However, for us it was a great fit.

Good location, clean apartment

This is a very clean apartment in a very central location. They are also mailing back a pair of air pods that we lost, and I hugely appreciate that. My only concern was that the owner messaged me within 10 minutes of my parents checking in to ask that they lock the doors behind them — I understand that this is a safety concern, but they were bringing in multiple bags, and my step-mom has MS. Seems like the message was a bit preemptive, considering this only happened once. It took me back a bit to receive that message. Other than that, this was a very nice stay.
