“We had multiple issues during our stay. 1) We couldn't enter the suite because the door code written on the check-in sheet was wrong but the staff already left for the day so couldn't resolve it until the next day. We got one and only physical spare key until then. 2) The tile floor was sandy and dirty, our feet got black just walking in the suite. 3) There is a citywide water advisory with high level of manganese but the staff didn't advise us upon check in and there was no signs in the suite....

“Amazing stay, this place is adorable with some really well thought out resources for kids (like toys for the courtyard and the beach, a playground, and even some hoses to wash the sand off after the beach) If I can offer some advice for my next stay it would be some artwork on the walls and some hooks on the patio for hanging the wet towels from the beach - But that’s all just little stuff - All around we would come again!”
