  • An adorable carriage house with panoramic views overlooking Swan Creek, located on a private road. Nature lovers and bird watchers would have a grand time here, with frequent Bald Eagles sightings during winter/spring, ospreys and many other waterfowls, birds by your window in summer. Centrally located: 3 blocks from town beach, restaurants across the road and Rock Hall downtown within walkable distance, next to two local marina. Your private dock through Blue Heron Marsh to Swan Creek.

Very clean room, located within reach of eveything to do in town, but it still felt safely apart from any bustle. Very peaceful.

I enjoyed my stay in the lovely Birdhouse suite. It is located in a beautiful area with water views. The suite had everything I could need and was comfortable. Sitting on the deck among the trees and view was peaceful.

Great stay

Thank yo Igor the terrific stay at the Birdnest. The view was lovely, the accommodations were very comfortable and loved having the kitchen.

Another great reason to love Rock Hall!

I visit Rock Hall often and this trip did not disappoint. This may be my favorite place I've stayed - well appointed and cozy. Out of every window were beautiful views and the location was the perfect amount of quiet nature while still being close to town. The local restaurants, entertainment, and scenic views make this one of my favorite towns to visit, and I will surely be back to "the Birdhouse"!

Rock Hall - quiet beauty

My wife and I took a few days to kayak, read, talk, knit and enjoy all that Rock Hall offers in the Fall. The “Bird House” was a cozy base for our adventures.

Enjoyable Weekend Retreat

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was so private and quiet. It was also nice to be able to bike ride where ever we needed to go. It was perfect!! We plan on going back soon!!

The studio apartment was clean with good amenities. We were there for the triathlon race and the location was convenient to the race site. Instructions to get in was good. The address given should point out the 1/2 on the address since there's another property with same address. The sofa bed is not quite big enough for an adult, but perhaps small children would be OK. My teenager barely fit in it and had to sleep diagonally to be able to sleep on it. There were sheets but no blanket for the sofa bed. But knowing these I'd stay there again but with 1 or 2 people tops.

Some confusion on WiFi password was of concern at start. This small place cannot sleep three, so I think it is overpriced.
