The credit card used by the VRBO company to secure the room was rejected so we had to pay for the room twice. It was refunded eventually, but was a huge inconvenience. We did not receive connecting rooms like we had booked, which is the whole reason we booked this particular VRBO in the first place. It was a disappointing experience. “Property was double booked. Owner did not respond to any contact. Apparently the room was rented out to someone else a week prior to our arrival despite the booking having been made a month ago. I received no cancellation notice nor any refund. Had to book another room last minute as a result.Owner is liar and a coward.”

“We booked two connecting rooms through the host/agent. When we checked in, our rooms did not connect and one of the rooms was already occupied. We had to end up having the hotel cancel the reservation and I was able to book a larger room that could accommodate our party. I notified the booking agent/host and only received one reply about our issue and that they were checking on it and still have not heard back. I was able to get the refund for the rooms only.
