Nueva casa y propiedad de vacaciones con capacidad para 8 adultos. Todas las casas de un nivel con 2 habitaciones de buen tamaño y área para dormir. Chimenea eléctrica en la sala de estar con un sofá cama queen y una cama doble. TV en las dos habitaciones. Se proporcionan muchos utensilios de cocina. Porches frontales y traseros cubiertos. We had a wonderful stay here celebrating my mom’s 71st birthday. It was a great place to stay as I have a dog and she had her Emotional Support dog. It was set up wonderfully for our little pups. Such cute decorations and a cozy space close to everything. It was a very quiet neighborhood with no one next door. Plenty of parking and a beautiful outdoor area. There were just a few hiccups like we couldn’t find garage bags anywhere, and the floor and table had crumbs when we arrived. But we want to come back and stay here again. Thanks for everything!

We loved our time here! The house was bright and airy, the beds comfy, and amenities convenient. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time so we didnt get to try the fire pit. We'll make sure to do it next time when it's not raining. I do have a couple of suggestions:1.) Please upgrade/update the movies you have on site. I don't mind the occasional musical or wholesome movie but it was a bit much. We wish there had been some movies for kids too.2.) Please put grippy material under the carpets. My kiddo and I both almost face planted a few times, just from walking on them.Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to do it again in the future!

The screen door locked from the inside when we got there, so weren’t able to get in without calling the property manager. They eventually gave us a code to a different door to get in. The house was freezing cold and the heat did not work. After several hours of trying to get it to turn on we called the property manager who had no idea how to work the heater. She finally called the owner who told us she wasn’t able to help because it was the day before Thanksgiving and there was nothing she could do. She yelled at me over the phone and offered no solution. We were there with my parents who are in their 70’s and were freezing. She told us there were plenty of blankets and basically said just deal with the cold, it was in the low 30’s outside. At that point we were ready to pack up and head the 4 hours home. While packing up she called back and had a maintenance man come over with space heaters. The space heaters warmed it up enough we were able to stay and have our Thanksgiving as planned. The house was clean and well stocked, and in a good location. We will not stay there again after dealing with the owner, she was rude and unprofessional.

This is the second time we have stayed at this rental and it is exactly how we remembered it. The home is very user friendly and well stocked with household items. Within blocks of the beach and downtown Rockaway. Super quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay at this home again next year!

The house is super nice, awesome kitchen, great backyard, and a warm cozy feeling. Location is great as it is near downtown and the beach, but is still very quiet and peaceful. I plan on staying here again!

Easy walks to the beach. Great location for day trips north to Astoria and along the coast. Also great location for going south along coast to Tillamook and 3 capes , etc. house well stocked with basic necessities.

The house was exactly as we had hoped for. It was very clean, very well decorated, kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Had a fenced yard for dogs. The location was great. It was a short walk to downtown. Looking forward to staying here again:)

My husband and I stayed here during Thanksgiving break with our dog. The location was fantastic, very close to everything in town as well as the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we went in town. The place was very quaint and everything was very dog friendly (which we greatly appreciated). We would highly recommend this place to people traveling with a dog! Overall we had a marvelous time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I loved the layout of the home. We had a wonderful time walking downtown to eat or visit the beach. Nice and close and even though no sidewalks very safe as it is a quiet neighborhood. We only had one vehicle but great parking. Master bedroom bed is quite firm but I just swapped rooms with my son as he enjoys a firm bed. We ate out every meal but noticed the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend for a family. We loved the code lock as we didn’t need to worry about a key.

I would love to have stayed but severe winter weather and road closures prevented my trip. I called at the last minute to cancel and was provided with a refund, which i felt was very generous. Would definitely like to try again later this year.
