Hi there, thank you again for hosting us. I wanted to share some honest feedback that I hope is helpful for future guests.We did receive the message with the check-in and Wi-Fi information, but because we had no cell service, we weren’t able to access it until later. We didn’t locate the router right away, so it took us some time to get connected.We also found that the heating and cooling felt inconsistent — it was either too hot or too cold — and the window insulation didn’t seem to hold the temperature well. For the nightly rate, the overall value felt a bit lower than expected. The bed on the main level is also very uncomfortable and small for 2 adults in my opinion.One important safety concern: the stairs are extremely steep and slippery, and since there’s no tread, my daughter actually slipped and slid down several steps, which did injure her skin/back. I’d strongly recommend adding stair treads or some type of grip for guest safety.Lastly, adding a few more towel or coat hooks around the property would improve convenience.Thank you for taking the time to read this — I hope it’s received as constructive feedback, as that’s how it’s intended.
