“The cabin has all the amenities we were looking for in a cabin. The beds are super comfy, if the septic had been bigger we would have been able to let more people stay with us, which was the only down fall to the 6 person limit. We had to leave two sxs’s on the trail over night and go get them the next day when we were supposed to be checking out. Megan was kind enough to let us check out later than expected so we were able to get cleaned up after going back out and rescuing the sxs’s. We...

"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. I hope the hotel's management improves its cleanliness and renovates the facilities. The hotel has beautiful surrounding areas, but they literally look abandoned. The visitor center is beautiful, as is the natural beauty of the place. It's truly a great shame that the hotel is so dirty and abandoned."
