The home was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked, really enjoyed all the coffee! Home was exactly as it was represented online. The walk to Cocoa Village was easy and so beautiful! Just what we were hoping for. We will definitely consider staying again for an even in the Village!

Great place to stay, the pool was a huge hit with everyone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the beds were comfy for all. Loved the "old Florida" neighborhood feel, and great location - close to Cocoa Village, grocery stores, and a short walk to Indian River.

We had an amazing vacation. My husband found a full blooded brother through ancestry dna. He lives in Merritt island so we chose this home that’s close to him. My other sister rented a house in Rockledge and while we were there meet another half brother we never meet before. This photo is a group picture we took out back after we all ate lunch together. Played a lot of board games on the big table ate lots of food and deserts.

Wonderful stay!

The house was exactly as described and pictured. Pool was also stocked up with plenty of pool gear. The kids had lots of fun in the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. We will definitely be keeping the place in mind for future vacations as well and would definitely recommend. The neighborhood is perfect for families.

Softball Stay

Overall it was a good house that fit our family well. Our biggest bummer was the pool maintenance. If we wanted to swim we had to clean it out and since the bottom cleaner was not working it took a while to clean out. The pool water was very cold. Thanks for the stay.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

This was a great property for people with kids. Easy access to the islands and a very quiet neighborhood that was a quick walk to the river. The house was very clean and open. The kitchen had some very nice appliances. Our kids loved it. Highly recommend!

My 3 sons and I traveled from Oregon for memorial services and interment of their Grandfather at the Canaveral National Cemetery. We spent 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, nicely equipped kitchen and we each enjoyed a dip in the pool. Our host was great and prompt on messaging.

Winter escape

This is my first effort at leaving the cold winter behind & living in Florida. We moved in after the new year & stayed 31 days at this location. The house has nice accommodations for adults & children alike plus a flat screen in every room. We didn’t spend much time cooking because we visited many places. I will say the house is in a nice neighborhood & the town of Cocoa is 1/2 mile walking distance away. I noticed today, there’s a coffee house in the other direction 1/2 mile away. The coffee house looks to be a hot spot for the locals & right on the river front. Cocoa is an awesome community to visit with really nice restaurants in the heart of town & I highly recommend you visit Cocoa. An added bonus is the Antilles trading company if you’re into the 1700’s era. We visited it and purchased clothing & leather for that era because we like to dress for pirate parties. Best store I’ve come across in many years. I would recommend this location for the price & amenities near by

Florida revisited

Property definitely met our needs. The first evening our youngest son and family felt, and heard, rumble. Went outside to see the tail of a rocket launch. Unexpected bonus! Beds were comfortable, kitchen plenty big for more than 2 cooks at a time. Of course, the pool (and a tree frog) were a big hit with the youngest grandchildren who live in colder climate. Thank you so much.

5-star experience

Comfortable, well-cared for home that was perfect for our needs. About halfway between Cocoa Beach and the USSSA Sports Complex , where our grandson was in a baseball tournament. Large screen TV’s, very comfortable beds, lots of little amenities such as a basket of snacks, Keurig coffeemaker that made a 12 cup pot or single cups. Ample supply of coffee, detergents, loads of beach towels, and chairs. Owner very responsive to any questions we had. Less than a mile to quaint Cocoa Village with good restaurants and shops. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great house in convenient location

This house was in a great location. We stayed here for our sons' baseball tournament at the Space Coast complex. It was only around 15 minutes away and was near Cocoa Beach too. The house was very clean and had a cute coffee bar set up for us to enjoy. The snacks were definitely enjoyed by the kids as well. We found everything we needed to cook meals at the house as well. The kids enjoyed the pool a few evenings as well. The host, Sarah, was very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely look into staying here again if we played at the same baseball complex.

Family World Series baseball trip

We could not have selected a better house and location for our week long World Series vacation. There was a lot that went into the planning, and the house was absolutely perfect. We were a few blocks from Cocoa Village shops, ten minutes from the space coast sports complex where we went daily for the entire week and a nice drive to the Ron Jon surf shop! The house was perfect for two grandparents, two parents and two kids. Plenty of room for all and we enjoyed the game room challenges. The dining room table was used to gather and everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the walk to the water and the beautiful homes and it’s where we saw the most incredible fireworks from! Next year if we are in the World Series again we would def come back!! Oh and we made it to the finals and came in second place! Runner ups. It was awesome.

Great stay

We had a such a great time here. The host had pretty much everything you could need from toiletries, kitchen stuff, pool toys and beach toys. The kids loved the gaming system when it rained. Very clean and well maintained. We could definitely see ourselves staying here again.

Stayed 6/8/24 - 6/17/24 for Space Coast Baseball Tournament

This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and not a far drive to the beach or the Space Coast USSSA baseball fields. The home was clean and surprisingly spacious. The pool was a big hit. Sarah was available when needed and answered any questions quickly. We were grateful for the beach items provided by the host as well as the all of the extra touches. We enjoyed our stay at this home and you will too.
