It was amazing. Extremely clean and everything we needed. This was our trip to meet our new born niece and it was a great place to relax with family. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

excellent we really enjoyed our stay. The only comments we had were not enough silverware and pots to cook. we also did not have a broom, and we weren’t sure about garbage day. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. We were all very happy and satisfied.

Wonderful. Clean. Well equipped. Hot tub, pool table, ping pong top for on top of the pool table, some games….all great for a family with kids.

We had the most amazing start to our family vacation here. We never even left the house. The home was so comfortable, clean, and had so many fun things to do. What an amazing place to . Ale. So many memories together! We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Everything was as shown. The house was kept up well, set up beautifully, and in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive. It was a wonderfule weekend away and the hot tub was wonderful. One of the best stays we have had away from home.

Great place. Great location. My only issue was that the hot tub didn't work well. We gave up on it. But still, everything else was just as listed. We enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Mr. Joel was super nice. He answered questions I had, the house was perfect for us. The pool table helped keep us occupied during our down time. Would definitely recommend

Awesome hosts!

The beds were super comfy, property was very clean, check in/out was easy even though we got there late at night. We loved being able to pull into the garage to unload. Wish we could have stayed longer- hosts are great to work with!

Nice home with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and screened in porch looking over the pond.Was in town to visit family. Thank you Joel for letting me host Easter dinner with them. Had plenty of room for cooking and gathering. We spent the week visiting with family and friends so we didn't do much of anything in the area. Couldn't even get to the beach since we had 4 days of rain. Did make it to Cocoa Village for a few hours of browsing with my cousin. We did enjoy breakfast on the porch and playing pool.Check in and out was easy. It was really nice to have access to the garage.Thank you Joel for your hospitality.
