Delightful in every way!

I originally booked the studio apartment managed by the proprietresses but was informed about a scheduling error a few days prior to my trip and was consequently given a complimentary upgrade to an entire home adjacent to the studio - same location, same check-in process, just more space! My boyfriend and I loved staying in the home and would absolutely stay again while bringing 6 additional people along, it's that spacious. Amazing location in Rockport with access to numerous amenities in the home to maximize comfort.

Studio on King Street

It was very close to the beach and that was the most important for us. The studio is a bit small for two but very clean and the location is perfect because we can walk to all the boutiques and restaurants without taking the car.

Very small but comfortable.

The space was very, very small but it met our needs for the most part. It was very difficult to find a television show in the evening that didn't require a subscription(no instructions were left in the rental) When the bed was down it was impossible to get into the kitchen. Inconvenient. The neighbors were kind & friendly. Location was great.

Klein aber gut gelegen

Sehr gut gelegenes kleines Studio, direkt neben dem Strand. Gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist alles sehr klein und eng. Man sollte nicht allzu gross sein, denn die Decke ist relativ niedrig. Wenn man viel draussen ist, ist es eine gute Option. Schade, dass es keinen kleinen Tisch gibt um im Zimmer zu essen, denn in der Küche ist ist es eng und etwas dunkel. es ein wenig

Great location

Across the street from the beach. Short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Peaceful location. Clean, comfortable rental for 1-2 people. Have stayed here several several times.

Perfect location

This is a super cozy space. My favorite way to travel is to be able to park my car and walk everywhere. The location of this rental is perfect for that. The unit was clean and the owners were responsive. It was perfect for myself, but my husband is a large man so would have to difficulty in this very small space. Something else that should be noted is the Murphy bed is pretty heavy so maneuvering it by myself was difficult. I am 60 and have bad shoulders. Not trying to deter anyone, just thought it would be helpful to know.

The property is as advertised and is in the best location in relation to the Front Beach and the main road into the shopping/ dining area.

Cozy and Comfortable

Everything was great!!! It’s so inviting and waking up to the sunrise over the water is just fabulous. This was my third visit to this cozy treasure.

Studio

This was mine and my husbands first time in Rockport, MA and our first time renting a studio. We will definitely not be renting a studio again. It was too small for us. The bathroom was entirely too small and the shower was ridiculously small. The bed was too low to the ground for us, which made it very difficult to get out of. The futon was not comfortable to sit on, but we had no choice, since it was the only place to sit. The air conditioner in the window did not keep it cool enough for us. There was no where to sit outside, but we were very close to Front Beach which was nice and this gave us the opportunity to walk across the street to the beach and sit at the bench. I prefer a deck or patio of something right at my rental, so it was nice to have the beach close by.
