First, yes. The home was very clean and well appointed. And if you fish, this is a haven. However, we almost didn't get in. The lock code did not work, and when I called management, the woman gave me a couple of other codes that did not work. After a false start, I finally figured out where lockbox was but had a hard time getting it open to get the house key. Then we found that the key and door lock do not play well together. The door hardware actually turns in a circle and we had to work with it a while (each time) to get it in a position where it will let the key engage the lock to open or lock. Someone should look into this. Also, if you have a dog (we took our two), you still have to keep them on a leash in the backyard, because 1. there's a hole in the fence 2. the fence stops at the seawall edge and there is rock just below allowing a dog to jump down and take off down the seawall. A bummer, because we chose this place precisely so we could let the dogs on leash while we sat on the porch.
One last thing, there are about 16-20 wall switches in the combo living/kitchen/dinning areas and none are labeled. Those should be labeled as it can take a while to figure out how to turn things on/off.
On the other (better) hand, the house was nice and roomy. The master bed (where we slept) was comfortable. The back porch was very nice with plenty of furniture and it has a nice pier with a bench. And the neighborhood was nice and safe.
