Let me start with this. First, make no mistake about it that this is a beautiful home!
However, the management company SUCKS! THEY ARE HORRIBLE and the owners need to get rid of them.
I asked for an early check in since we were driving in from San Antonio and we really wanted a 2pm check in instead of the normal 4 pm which I feel is ridiculous! The management company stated that if it were possible I would get an email the day before to let us know....well I did receive an email an hour or 2 prior to our arrival at 245 pm stating we could check in at 3pm......LUCKY US!
We had problems getting in as the lock was not working so had to call the management company. Then once in checking things, the house had been closed up and was very stuffy in there.....then the fan in the downstairs bedroom was not working and had to call the management company about that, and they ended up bring out a floor fan. We ended up getting the fan to work, you have to use the remote to operate it .
The coffee pot was dirty, some cooking utensils were not cleaned very well, the plants were dying in the house so we gave them water.
The next day the keypad did not work and again had to call the management company to try to get in. Finally got in and later that evening I had learned that the master bath shower was not working well as the water heads were clogged but one more night and we were leaving. (again this house is beautiful). Then today on check out I was informed that the master bath shower water would not shut off! Ended up calling the management company again but not once but twice! Also the guest bath upstairs I was told today that the shower heads were clogged on that as well!
The picture's show what I believed was a Bar B Q grill on the deck, NOT! That is a picture of a Blackstone Griddle that you CANNOT use! The grill is a charcoal grill in the garage. That is just deceiving with that picture.
No hairdryers in the house even though it says there is.
I really want the owners of the house to contact me to discuss the issues at hand. I did tell the management company that this needs to be resolved or I will disputed all charges on the credit card and will win.
Again the house is beautiful but many issues that need to be taken care of that I believe the owners do not know anything about them.
So again, I am hoping that the owners contact me directly
