Our visit was like staying in a longtime family vacation home with meaningful furnishings, not like a commercial rental. Every detail inside and out is thoughtfully planned, bedrooms and sitting rooms comfortable, kitchen well appointed. Our host is most gracious and attentive.The upstairs bathrooms are a little cramped and the stairs to the top floor a bit daunting, but it is a great place for a large extended family or friend group.

Excellent stay! Home was incredibly clean and fit all 15 of us comfortably. Loved the hot tubs and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Host incredibly responsive and kind. We will definitely be back!

Victor the host/owner was so very responsive to our needs, easy to deal with, and a very understanding and kind owner. The house was perfect for our large family of 15. Everyone had their own bed, plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen and house were well equipped. Beautifully landscaped. The kids had a grand time in the hot tub. Front Beach and downtown stores are within walking distance. We all had a wonderful week!

It's an amazing house,.. fully equipped with anything you would need. The outdoor area is perfect for hanging out with friends and family, and the beach right up the street.

The house was a perfect home base for our extended family vacation. The house is the best equipped of any of the VRBOs I have ever stayed at. We all loved it.

Great house. Very well equipped kitchen. Two huge hot tubs, large enough to be like swimming pools for the kids. Walk to the beach and shops and restaurants of Rockport.

The house was amazing! Our host Victor was fabulously responsive when we had issues with the front door lock and house heating, which he took care of within minutes of our arrival. House amenities featuring the fully stock kitchen facilities were wonderful. Bedrooms/beds were lovely and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers (water temp/water pressure) were great! We even had 2 members of our group brave the below-freezing outdoors to enjoy the hot tub!

We had a beautiful weekend in the quaint and welcoming town of Rockport in this historic, well preserved, comfortable home. Victor was a great and responsive host, our group of 8 professional touring acoustic musicians has a great weekend stay. The 9 full bedrooms and 3.5 baths worked out perfect for our group. We will certainly hope to stay here in the future.

Amazing stay

Short drive to activities and beach. Quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed using the swim spa and the lights near the deck were really cute. House had everything we needed and more.

Vacation Getaway

The house was perfect! Plenty of space for our group of 17 to spread out and not feel like you were on top of each other. Love the different levels in the backyard. Walking distance to the beach. Would certainly book this house again.

Rockport Family Vacation

The Home was a perfect property for our large family vacation. Plenty of space for our 5 sons, spouses, and 3 grandchildren. Beautiful house, well appointed, plenty of supplies, clean, and very comfortable home. Great outdoor space. Great location. Walking distance to park, beach and downtown Rockport. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a large family

We stayed at this beautiful, spacious home in Rockport to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was spotless, comfortable, and big enough for our whole family to relax and enjoy time together. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were cozy, and there were plenty of spaces—inside and out—for everyone to gather and make memories.Victor was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay, making sure everything went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. We truly felt welcomed and cared for.We made so many amazing memories here as a family, and this home was the perfect backdrop for such a special celebration. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway in Rockport!

Great house and host!

We loved the house and had an awesome and productive work trip. The nearby area has plenty of outdoor activities and places to dine. Victor was an amazing host and was very communicative and flexible throughout our stay and even afterwards. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and requests and I highly recommend this location, and any other rentals he may manage. Thank you, Victor!

Beautiful home for family weekend

We loved our stay in this home - such a beautiful home with so much character. With 9 bedrooms there was plenty of room for our family of 16. Kitchen was pretty fully stocked as were the bathrooms. Victor was a very responsive host. Would love to come back to this home in the summer to explore Rockport in the summer. Would highly recommend this house for large parties.

Emma’s graduation

Victor’s house was our home during my niece’s graduation last weekend. We had enough room to accommodate all 17 of us plus another 8 the day of the graduation. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the deck. Victor was proactive in all our communication. My family wants to come back here for another graduation next year.

Our 15 kids and grandkids celebrated our wedding next to the fireplace... it was fabulous!

Our immediate family of 15 stayed for a long weekend for our wedding. The accommodations were grande, the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms were comfortable, the dining room and sitting rooms held us all for meals, art and music and just plain relaxed. We'd come back in a minute! thank you for providing such a place to make new memories!

This Charming New England home has everything you might need and more. Inside you can get lost with 2 stairways, 3 floors and multiple sun rooms, living rooms and large dining room. It's a beautiful old home which they just don't build anymore. The beds and sheets are comfortable. Extra roll away beds and cribs were in closets. We appreciated having 2 refrigerators for our large family group. We cooked in the incredibly well stocked kitchen every day and kept finding more things to use. The grill and table on the deck were perfect for dining al fresco. There are so many unique gathering areas to enjoy. Outdoors they have large table/dining area, a large hot tub, swim tub, seating area, fire pit, corn hole, and green space. It is walkable to Bearskin Neck area. Shaw's grocery store is 8 minutes away. Victor was easy to contact and a very responsive and helpful host. Thanks for a wonderful stay Victor! *Tip - Good Harbor beach was 10 minutes away and a perfect beach day! You pay for parking but its worth it. And the house has beach chairs and sand toys you can take with you. (Concessions, bathrooms & beach store)

Perfect Family Reunion House

Our group of 18 had a wonderful week and we all loved the house. The house is charming, spacious and well appointed. The 9 bedrooms were perfect to accommodate our large party. The yard had a great back deck for grilling, a fire pit for s’mores, a hot tub and a lap pool which was like a giant hot tub. The location was great for walking into town, going to shops, bearskin neck and restaurants. The property manager was great and very helpful when we needed anything.
