Another Fabulous Stay at the Reserve in Lamar

We have rented in the Reserve several times and always have a positive experience. The Waterfront Villa was well stocked, furnished well and provided everything we needed for all of our guests. We will be back for sure!

Great vacation spot for a Girls Weekend!

Such a great location to enjoy all things Texas coast. The dolphins swimming out front while you have coffee or beverages, bird watching everywhere, great boardwalk to use along the bay, State Park nearby were all some of my favorites. The house had such a fun vibe and had everything we needed for our girl's weekend. The deck out on the water had these fun gliders and firepit that made the evening sitting out watching the sunset great! The Rockport downtown area was fun to pop in during the day Saturday as well. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful home!

We have been to Rockport many times, but have never stayed in this area. We absolutely loved it! We will definitely return. The 3rd floor bedroom with attached bathroom and pull-out sofa was perfect for our grandchildren to hang out in. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and balcony. The condo was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults and 2 children.

Family Vacation 2023

Great condo! We enjoyed our stay and will return. The only thing that concerned me was on our 2nd day there some locals informed us that there was a salt water crocodile that lived under the dock right behind the condo!! My teenager was about jump in to swim. Signs need to be posted!

Favorite spot for our annual girls’ trip!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as magical as the first! We came for our annual girls trip, and this home is truly perfect for it. The area feels like it’s straight out of a novel—coastal houses, charming streets, and a peaceful vibe! The house itself is beautifully decorated with a breezy coastal theme and has plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. We especially loved having the pool all to ourselves—it felt like our own private oasis. The location is ideal too: just a short drive to town for shopping and dinner, but far enough away to feel like a true getaway. We made great memories here and are already planning our next stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us! It’s such a special place! We can’t wait to come back!!!

2-days and nights respite...well beyond what we expected.

We liked the quietness inside the condo, lots of light, peaceful, soothing setting and a feeling of privacy. The boat docks are just out the back doors, but not too close, and there are three levels of balconies with the western sun behind the patios and balconies. Very clean, new-like appearance, elegant but not overstated. We'll tell friends about it. Most conducive to relaxation.

Perfect place and location!

This home is absolutely perfect for a family. We all enjoyed the well-kept home which is located right on the water(bay). The grandkids loved kayaking and fishing right outside of the back door. It made for an awesome family trip. There are beaches within 15-30 minutes away. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Nice week day getaway!

If you are looking for a place away from all of the noise and crowd this place is perfect! It was still within driving distance to Port Aransas as we went there one morning to go to the beach. It is also within driving distance of Corpus Christi to go to the aquarium and visit the air craft carrier. There’s an H‑E‑B, Walmart, and Walgreens within a 15 min drive as well. An added bonus was seeing two dolphins swim next to the dock behind the house! We will save this location and will visit again. One thing to note - when we visited (July 13-15) they had the foundation poured for another townhome complex to go up immediately next to this one, so depending on when you travel you may hear the construction next door until they get the units built.

Villla was Great!!

Great location on the canal side of the bay. Wind blew most of the time while we were there but canal was calm and protected. Great fishing dock right outside the back porch in the common area. This area is a hidden gem in Rockport!!

clean new townhome with great community amenities

The townhome was great. Well built (can tell it's a new build), very clean, had everything we needed, plenty of room for parking, plenty of beds, and well decorated. We also had access to community features such as: fishing dock (literally just out the back door), fireplace, boardwalk, kayaks, pier, and pool overlooking the ocean. Was a great place for the family as we all had things we enjoyed without ever leaving the gated community. Will definitely come back!

Great new build in gated community with lots of amenities. Super clean space, downstairs is all open, plenty of space in bedrooms upstairs, master has a private balcony you can enjoy while looking for porpoises/dolphins, and only steps to the dock where you can fish. Boardwalk around neighborhood is right there. Community pool is nice and overlooks ocean.

Gorgeous Getaway

The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, felt welcoming, and was well organized. The view was beautiful and I loved the porches, pool, and piers. I would definitely stay there again!
