“The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”

“Loved every minute of my 5 day stay at the Hostel. My room was clean, comfortable and private. The shared spaces (bathroom/shower) and pool table/couch/kitchen areas were super clean and well stocked. The patio on the west side of the building on 3rd floor was epic for watching sunsets and the proximity to the pizza, Indian food and The Parlor cocktail lounge as well as 7/11 was super convienent.”

For Covid reasons, we were warned that there was no housekeeping unless it is requested, but I called the hotel lobby to have my trash taken out a couple of times. “I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. “Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta”
