“Home very clean nicely updated. Plenty of towels nice bedding. Lots of extras provided. The Polaris Ranger definitely a plus in getting to the river with chairs, fishing equipment etc. River was so CLEAR & CLEAN. Oh and a shoutout to the sweet little coffee shop few miles down the road Barksdale Coffee Co was pretty cool. A very quiet relaxing fun 3 nights.”

“We were able to book this house on such short notice for an unexpected family event. The house was clean and had a full kitchen. With our downtime, we had a lot of outdoor games to play and also watched th sunset by the frio. We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay. We enjoyed the roomy house and all of the accomdations.”

“This was a good location for our family trip. There is easy access to the Frio with lovely Cypress trees shading the river. There is a hammock and a fire pit down by the river entrance. In the backyard there is bbq, cement cornhole set up, horseshoes, a tire swing, and areas for volleyball and tether ball. Most of the rooms are however are dark (which can be a good thing). “My family and I stayed here Easter weekend & we had fun and enjoyed every bit of it! The property manager sent me reminders throughout the week of what I needed to bring/directions. The location was great, it was nice and peaceful. We spent the weekend hanging out on the porch, bbqing and playing cornhole, which was already on the property! There were some other games in the living room which we also enjoyed. We really enjoyed our getaway & it was pet friendly so we got to bring our fur babies...
