"The house was perfect for our family. We spent most of our time on the large back patio enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The cove was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of parking and space enough for truck and boat/ trailer. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to cook family meals. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. "Absolutely beautiful property right on the lake! We enjoyed the wonderful views, the nicely landscaped and manicured yard, the covered patio, the hot tub and the fishing. The layout of the house was great and being a single story layout made everything convenient. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with the coffee nook. It was so spacious that it made cooking easy, which meant I didn’t need to spend extra money eating out all the time. There were also a number of grocery stores nearby. - Bring Your Boat - Put boat in at Tom Fuller Park, 3 miles away, and then park trailer at the Retreat at Watts Bar property. The ride from the boat ramp to the property is about 1 mile where you can then tie boat up to the side of the dock (as owner uses the private slip).

- Water Levels - Regulated by TVA, so standard timeframe for water, up to the water wall, is April 15 to at least October 15

- Complimentary Lake Toys: Enjoy the 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, tubes, pool float and fishing poles for endless water fun.

- Private Hot Tub: Unwind in the hot tub with stunning lake views.
