☀️ Ioneta (Cabin 2): Sleeps 2 guests with a king bed.
☀️ Ripple (Cabin 3): Sleeps 2 guests with a king bed and a twin bed.
☀️ Katahdin (Cabin 4): Sleeps 13 guests with 4 king beds and 6 twin beds.
☀️ Twilight (Cabin 5): Sleeps 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds.

☀️ Lake Tour Boat: Experience the lake like never before aboard `The Birches Dreamer.` This 28-guest rental boat offers captivating tours and can even be set up with a dance floor for unforgettable celebrations.
☀️ Exciting Outdoor Activities: The region offers a wide range of outdoor activities, including whitewater rafting, mountain biking, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV adventures, ice climbing, hiking, and wildlife watching.
☀️ Newly Remodeled Cabins: All our cabins have been recently remodeled, ensuring a comfortable and modern experience.
☀️ Amazon Alexa Echo Show: Each cabin is equipped with an Amazon Alexa Echo Show for your convenience.
☀️ Power Backup: We have a generator on standby, so you won`t have to worry about power loss.
☀️ Shuttle to Mt. Kineo: Starting Memorial Day weekend, guests can take the pet-friendly shuttle to Mt. Kineo, where they can enjoy hiking or play an amazing 9-hole golf course.

Guest access:
• You will be provided door codes for all cabins and will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Guest interaction:
• We`re here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We`re only a phone call or message away at all times. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

Other things to note:
• All cabins are pet-friendly except for Katahdin.
• Bedroom 10 located in `Twilight` is a Loft which requires climbing a ladder to reach.
• November 1: Fire-pits are put away for the season starting in November each year, due to weather.
• May 1: Kayaks, fire-pits, and outdoor furniture are typically available in the spring starting the beginning of May (weather dependent).
• October 1: The dock is available. If weather permits, we will have the dock available sooner.
•Property Caretakers live in an apartment attached to Katahdin. There is one shared wall and one bedroom does look over their deck.
•There is room for two parked cars at the Cabin and additional parking for Katahdin at the bottom of the driveway
• The driveway to access Rebecca, Ioneta, Ripple, Katahdin & The Game Room is a steep hill
• No Parties
• No Smoking
• No Pets other than Dogs
• No Pets on Furniture
• Katahdin is the only cabin not Pet-Friendly
