Have your perfect family vacation or fishing trip in this 3-bedroom home on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. While you stay, entertainment options are aplenty for your family and friends to create memories that last a lifetime. The private dock has space to sit out and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Take out the 12 ft kayak for some cove exploration. In the summertime, cannonball off the high dive, swim and play basketball in the lake, or just float and soak up some sun! This side of the lake has great fishing year-round. There is a 32 ft (x12 ft) open dock slip that you can park and cover your boat for the duration of the stay.
The large deck at the house is a great hangout area to listen to music, watch TV, cook for the family and simply relax near the lake. Feel free to put your BBQ skills to the test with the large Smoker on the top deck or use the Weber gas grill for easy cooking. If the night is chilly, there is a gas fireplace on the dock and lower deck to keep you warm. While you stay, you must try the house Popcorn recipe for a delicious snack!
Is one of your vacation days dampened by some unforeseen rain? No worries! There are so many entertainment options such as Darts on the deck, board games for the family, Mega Jenga, Putter Ball, and PINBALL!! Scooby-Doo pinball is so much fun and will keep you entertained for hours if you let it!
The main bedroom is downstairs and has a cozy 2-sided electric fireplace and extremely comfortable lounger to read or watch TV in the evenings. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a shower only (no bathtub)
The 2 guest rooms are on the main level and share a full bathroom with a shower only (no bathtub).

Each room is equipped with a TV and streaming device with tons of channels to choose from, including on-demand.

This is not an ADA compatible home. A smart lock / video doorbell is located on the front door outside. The home is approximately 1350 sqft. Based on the available parking of your chosen dates, there is no guarantee of having a dedicated parking spot available directly outside the home, but you will be able to pull your vehicle by the home for loading/unloading. There is a community parking lot about 15/20 steps away that is always available. Please do not bring more than 3 vehicles. This is a family neighborhood so no large parties are allowed. The beds are all Medium/Firm. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people (2 per a room) but I allow up to 8. There are 3 beds total and 1 trundle bed under one of the Full size beds if needed. When the trundles is pulled out, it will take up any extra floor space in the room. Air mattresses or couch sleeping are also allowed if you prefer.
