The Space:

Step inside to a warm, light-filled living room where two cozy couches, a sitting area for two, and a smart TV above the fireplace invite you to unwind after a day on the water. The open-concept kitchen offers plenty of space, complete with stainless steel appliances, both Keurig and drip coffee options, and a charming corner table for six with bench seating. Gather in the formal dining room, where a wet bar and a table for eight set the scene for memorable meals. For even more entertainment, the game room is packed with fun—shuffleboard, foosball, arcade games, board games, a smart TV, and seating for six. A separate basement space with a sectional and smart TV offers another cozy hangout zone.



If you need a quiet escape, an upstairs nook with comfy seating for two is the perfect spot to cuddle up for reading or morning coffee. Or make your way outside for a peaceful moment on the spacious balcony offering breathtaking lake views. The lower level furnished patio also hosts a grill and firepit, and even a private pool and hot tub to cool off after a day in the sun. Whether you're here to connect with family or celebrate with friends, this lakefront getaway delivers the full vacation experience—comfort, entertainment, and unforgettable views.



This home comfortably sleeps 15 guests between 7 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #6 includes a queen size bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with the hallway) with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #7 features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, smart TV, shuffleboard table, foosball table, and comfortable seating, offering both a fun game space and a cozy sleeping area.



This home also includes 2 half bathrooms with single vanities and an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• The private pool is heated and will be open from April 1 through September 30 each year.

• Guests are expected to use the pool and hot tub responsibly. Any misuse that results in draining, damage, or excessive cleaning may result in fines of up to $500.

• The boat slip will be occupied by the owner’s boat during all guest stays and is not available for guest use. Guests may still tie a boat to the dock (where permitted).

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway and garage parking for 5 vehicles available.

• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the east side of the home and actively monitoring the dock,

o (2) located at the side of the house/garage and actively monitoring the driveway,

o (3) located at the west side of the house and actively monitoring the walkway to the main entrance,

o (4) located at the back side of the house and actively monitoring the entrance to the back patio door.

• Hot Tub & Pool Liability Waiver - By using the hot tub and/or pool, you acknowledge and accept the following:

o Use of the hot tub and pool is at your own risk.

o The homeowner, property manager, and affiliates are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while using these amenities.

o Guests assume full responsibility for themselves and their invitees, including children, when using the hot tub or pool.

o Guests agree to follow all posted safety rules and guidelines provided in the property guidebook.

o The homeowner and property manager shall not be held liable for loss of personal property or any damages related to use of the hot tub or pool.

o By entering the hot tub or pool, you agree to waive, release, and discharge the homeowner, property manager, and affiliates from any and all claims or causes of action related to use of these amenities.

• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

o We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Dogs only. Under 70 lbs.

o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.

o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.
