There's a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, mixer, and a complete collection of pots, pans, baking dishes, and serving tools. Plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses are stocked per guest - no hunting for matching sets.



Technology

One 55-inch Fire TV in the living room brings all your favorite streaming services to the couch. WiFi is provided through Spectrum.



Laundry

A full washer and dryer are available in-unit - a genuine lifesaver for longer lake-week stays.



Outdoor

Fire up the propane grill for lakeside cookouts - all burners working, grill mat and cover included, propane tank on-site. Please replace the cover after use. The private dock with a step ladder gives you direct lake access for swimming, fishing, or just dangling your feet in the water. Guests are responsible for keeping the ladder in the upright position when not in use.



Community Amenities

Private dock access is included with your stay. The lake is swim-at-your-own-risk with no lifeguard present - please supervise children and non-swimmers closely.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided with a smart lock located at the front door. The house is black with lettering above the entrance and a small decorative well out front - you'll know it when you see it. Note that GPS can be unreliable here: the navigation will drop you at the beginning of Oak Circle, but you'll want to turn right and drive down the loop before coming back around to the front of the house. Don't let the GPS fool you - just follow these directions and you'll pull right up. Parking fits up to 3 cars on the gravel drive.
