This property has it all! Between the 2 homes there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own area. The pictures of the house and views do not do it justice. Everything was beautiful and clean. The fire pit was great for gathering after dinner and a day out on the boat. The kids began the day with breakfast and straight out to the dock to play in the on the lily pad, swim and use paddle boards. The cove is closely located to so many great attractions but private and quiet so we didn’t have to worry about the kids playing in the water. The host were amazing and great with communication. Can’t say enough great things. Would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful home and great amenities for all ages! Having the separate house with 2 bedrooms and another kitchen worked well for our large group. Location of home and dock in the cove was perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. Owners made us feel right at home. My grandson cried the morning we left not wanting to leave the lake house and fishing everyday. Hope to make it a tradition!

They have thought of everything for the perfect family vacation. There were 16 of us and it worked out perfect. 20 somethings had the lower level bunk room, the middle agers had the upstairs and grandma and grandpa had their own house when they were ready to call it a night and no one else was! If you’re considering a family vacation book this listing! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

We had multiple families from our children with us aging 9 mos up to 57. The home was extremely accommodating and had everything we needed. Families were easily able to separate into their own space in f needed. Plenty of room to gather for playing family games, dinners and swimming gatherings. Kayaks, body boards and lily pad were extreme hits. Get use to the stairs...but because of the multiple levels allowed for different gathering environments. Our family has a beautiful time and each evening brought a stunning sunset right from the dock or back decks...your choosing. Great family memory overall!!! Thank you!!!

This property is beautiful and exactly as pictured in the listing. We lived on the dock the majority of our visit. The water was perfect for swimming. We rented a pontoon for part of our trip and it was also a great area for quieter boating. The owners were excellent in communication and couldn't have been more helpful. If you're looking for something a little outside of the "action", don't hesitate to rent this property.

We had an amazing time at the Jozarks house. Everything that we needed for our stay was on property. The house was clean and just as shown in the pictures. More than enough room for our two families. Kedra was easy to communicate with prior to our stay and made check in easy. Definitely planning our trip back next year!

We absolutely loved our stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect spot on the Lake. The kids had a blast on the water mat, and kayaks. Very helpful to have life jackets for all sizes and ages too. It did rain one entire day but the fishing poles and games kept everyone entertained. Plenty of room on the dock to sit and enjoy the sunsets. We roasted marshmallows over the firepit in the evenings and enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in deck. My grandparents enjoyed having the Eagles Nest to relax and get away for a nap. Plenty of supplies and toilet paper! LOL (have had problems with that at other rentals) Nothing negative to report. They thought of everything we needed.

Loved every inch of this house! Accommodated my family of 19 people perfectly! The views are so breathtaking! This part of the lake was so awesome and our kids enjoyed every minute of the lake. Easy and close access to beach area to unload our jet ski. Will definitely use this house in the future!

Our group of 15 family members met at the Jozarks for a getaway and truly enjoyed the home and setting! We found the property in great condition and the communication with the owners throughout the booking, checkin, and stay was excellent. The listing accurately reflected the house and we found the setting to be more stunning than the photos. The dock setup was perfect to spend hours on and around the water. If you are bringing a boat with we'd recommend planning to drop it in the water before you head to the property at the nearby launch as the gravel roads into and out of the property are a bit steep and narrow for trailering loaded if you are not familiar with the setting. The bay that the home sits on is perfect for water sports and provides a great gateway to the rest of the Lake of the Ozarks. Definitely recommend a stay here and we look forward to planning our next visit.

Our family had an awesome time at the Jozarks! It is a clean, beautiful home with everything we need for fun on the water (kayaks, paddle boards, maui mat). Great spot on the Lake of the Ozarks for swimming and boating! Beautiful sunsets. We had a wonderful time! Would highly recommend it!

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one was top notch. Couldn’t have been cleaner or better maintained! We have never stayed at a place where everything was thought out so well from the beach towels, fire pit, life jackets, games and water sports. Kedra was great to work with! We will hopefully be back again!!
