“a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A”

“Excellent location for walking to Sound side of Long Island. We had an excellent shelling experience- so many sea shells!! Close to some good hiking trails and easy to get on the freeway to go Montauk or Greensport. We were not able to get good cell service at the property though. Made communication a challenge, we had Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile and all 3 had weak service, so be prepared to use wi-if calling!! Overall, nice place and would stay there again.”

“I rented this house as a homebase to explore the North shore East End of Long Island. The house is expertly decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and a large fenced in backyard with ample seating for large groups.I would definitely rent this house again. “Upon entering the property it looked really nice. Looks can be deceiving. The ceiling vents were filthy. The baseboard heaters were missing covers. the baseboard heaters paint was cracked and peeling off. The ceiling fans with lights in the bedroom and dining room did not work. Had to rely on the kitchen light to be enough to light the dining table, it wasn't. There was no curtain or blinds on the sliding glass door to the back yard. so no privacy from the neighbors.The bathroom was the worst...
