It is an ideal place for un unforgettable holidays in the Spanish Mediterranean. This spacious house of 150 m² can accommodate 8 guests. There are 4 double bedrooms (one of them suite with private terrace) with silent ceiling fans, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor. It also has a private front patio with direct access to the pool. The house has been completely renovated in June 2020.

The house has air conditioning on all floors, television, Chromecast, music bluetooth player, DVD player, videogames and high speed WiFi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and microwave. The house has an outdoor dining room with awning and fan in the terrace to enjoy the sunny days and long summer nights of the Mediterranean. Clean towels and bed linen are provided.

The house is part of a very well maintained and quiet family urbanization that has a community area of 4,000 square meters with a beautiful clover-shaped pool with a delimited area for children. You can also enjoy petanque, table tennis, playground and a basketball basket ... The property is completely closed off, so children can run freely.

Most of the other tenants and owners in the condominium are local families.

In front of the house there is a tennis club and at 400 meters distance (6 minutes walk with children), you reach the beach of "El Francàs". This long and quiet beach of fine sand is 1150 meters long and 30 meters wide. At the same distance there is also the beach of the "Pallisseta" which is perfect to go with children because of the shallow depth and its warm water. On the east side, the beach is bounded by the modern marina. And on the west side by the picturesque Roc de Sant Gaietá. Within walking distance you will find many restaurants, small cafes, beach bars and many entertainment options. Less than 1h away by car, you can visit many charming villages that will be worth visiting.
