Bathroom light switch turned off after 30 seconds, no matter which position. Walls are thin, can hear next door neighbor loud conversations/ tv. Area around hotel noisy. Construction around area made finding hotel entrance difficult.

10 appliances out of 2 only receptacles in room. Heater wouldn’t keep room warm. No body there after 9:00 am to return deposit. Expedia didnt tell me there would be a deposit. Won’t stay again and don’t plan to use Expedia again.

First, let me address the room. The bed was ok but the bathroom floor was dirty. The sink was on a timed faucet! You pushed it down and had about 4 seconds to wash your hands etc. There was also a timer on the bathroom light. The deal breaker was when the manager found out about my friend’s medical service dog. We were vendors at a crafts show at the Fayetteville Fair Grounds. We came in around 8p (exhausted) the second night. I went to the office to get an extra pillow. The manager was a bit hostile accusing me of having a dog in the room. I explained that she was a medical alert dog for diabetes. My friend (the owner of the dog) came in to tell me her room key didn’t work. The manager said he had deactivated our keys! We were locked out of our room! When we tried to explain the ADA law regarding service animals, all he would say was he had to charge a $150 fee that might or might not be refunded. Hotels are not allowed to treat service dogs as if they are pets. He became very agitated and threatened to call the police. We told him that was fine. We both felt that because we were women, he treated us disrespectfully as if the ADA law (which she pulled up on her phone) was incorrect.) I was finally able to get a room key, went to the room and called Expedia. It took a little while but Expedia took care of us!! They were great, found us another room in a nicer hotel and paid the difference!! This was a stressful and upsetting situation. Thank you Expedia!

First and foremost Every person having a service dog/pet must declare at the time of checking inn. U did not declare. Yes, your keys were deactivated so that u will come to the lobby. and we immediately made new keys and then started discussion with the other lady.Now we gave you a form to fill just to minimize talk. and you both filled the form for same dog same reason brought us to a question as it is truth or false.We did have great discussions and you did say that the room was great and had no issues.Thats OK, GOD is watching.

Building has been remodeled. Nice and clean room. We had a circuit breaker flip and manager responded immediately. Was very nice and asked us how we liked the place and if there was anything he could improve on. Will definitely stay again.

Bed bugs in the mattresses and sheets
I rented 2 rooms for my family and kids. Upon arrival and getting the keys to the room. We found bed bugs in the sheets and the mattresses!! We immediately went back to the front desk and asked for the manager. We were told wasn't available till 11:00 p.m. and to come back then. At that time we left to go find a different hotel room and packed our things and left. We plan on going back tomorrow morning and asking for a refund!!

Why did you not show it to the front desk employ. or have you taken any picturs as proof. for a refund.I personally checked the rooms and there were no bed bugs. please find a different reason to ask for a refund.

They offer free wifi but good luck connecting to it other than on a cellphone.

It was convenient to outside stuff but the property over all, had i known i would have preferred to stay somewhere else. the reason i chose this property was because we needed a fridge for our baby’s milk and the fridge did not work. we told them about it just for them to tell us they would look at it in the morning. we only planned to stay the one night so that made no sense to not move us or replace the fridge. the shower did not work properly and was difficult to bathe our children since there was no way to give them a bath even though there was a tub.

Great Stay for a Great Price
I really enjoyed it. I was in town for an event and needed a Saturday night stay for the weekend. The only thing bad was that it got pretty cold in the room--thankfully I had brought an extra comforter. The check-in was easy, the room was great and the bed was comfy!

We have not charged you at all. so u should ask for refund with the third party where you booked.

Stay was fine. Notsure why room was 74 bucks theough you. Reciept showed 54 when i checked in. May want to look at that. I wont use you again. Not if the prices get jacked up like that.

The price was jacked up as we had an event. every motel had jacked up the price to 80%. One motel was charging $600.00 that night. You were lucky to get a room that night.

Horrible. Absolutely shows why it was so inexpensive, they even charged $5 for every visitor before anyone could enter a room that wasn't a guest 🙄, half roll toilet paper, NO extra in room. Would never recommend anyone stay here. Shame on me for choosing them.

The place was duty lots of ants, towels smell really bad and duty. Cleaning lady was very rude, trying to get in the room to clean when I wasn't ready.

Sorry could not satisfie you. Am checking for ants but see non. Now Cleaning lady wants to clean the room asap and go home so if you do a late checkout what would you do in her place.? She has been with us for the last 11 years and is loyal.

Convenient for my stay and cheap, But a pair of someone’s dirty socks was hanging on the bathroom door knob, the door had a hole punched in it, there was a coffee maker but no carafe or any supplies available. Upkeep is poor and seem to be run into the ground rather than maintaining for future use. Raise rates 10 bucks and do some maintenance.

Posting are the thing you better not do are you will be charged like towels if you get the white towels dirty you pay for the towel better be out before 10.am it $10 per hour at 10.05 am broken stuff in the room ice .50 cents for a bucket and several others silly things 👎👎😡
