Guest Preparation
Linens, towels, and hygiene essentials are prepared based on the number of guests listed at booking. All bedding is professionally laundered after every stay, regardless of use.
Additional guest fees apply beyond four guests due to increased linens, cleaning time, and supplies. This ensures every guest receives a consistently elevated experience.

* Plates and bowls: Upper cabinet above dishwasher
* Glasses and mugs: Cabinet near coffee station
* Pots and pans: Lower cabinet near stove

House Guidelines
To preserve the elevated experience:
* Events or gatherings require prior written approval
Unauthorized events incur a $1,000 fee
* Small dogs are allowed with approval
Unapproved pets or any cats incur a $400 fee
* Late checkout must be arranged in advance
Unapproved late departures are billed at $100 per hour
* Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited
Violations incur a $1,000 fee plus any remediation costs
