We stayed four nights during a mild weather period, and we made the most of the trails and parks in the area. My husband and I are in our seventies -- we live an hour way from Johnson City and we enjoy mini-vacations that don't require long-distance travel. This spot was perfect for us!”

The neighborhood was quiet, and although there are train tracks nearby, the train did not disturb sleep or bother anyone.
