Great but not so good stay
We went for a four day stay to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. The house is great. It’s right on the river but the steps to go down to the dock where you fish is like really steep down the bank. Location is great it’s just out of town the fact that it’s a two I guess you would say apartment was OK. It was upstairs and down, but I think somebody lives in the downstairs and they control the heat and air for the upstairs which was really inconvenient the bed in the master. I guess you would call it master bedroom the mattress was like a marshmallow I mean you sunk right into it. We only slept on the bed one night and the other bedroom. The bed mattress was hard so we slept on the couch in the recliner. I guess it was a fair price. Some of the things were kind of weird they had a really nice propane fire pit with two empty propane tanks. I am not sure if we will ever revisit that property.

The property was immaculate. It was very clean and directions were very clear. It has everything you need for a nice and relaxing getaway. The large bath tub was amazing. The 2 restaurants that are close by are also recommended.

I stayed here with 3 friends and we enjoyed it so much. the house was really clean and the host is very helpful. we didn’t need much help because checking in and out was easy but she was helpful with the stuff we did ask about. thank you for making our little trip special.

Awesome Property
My husband and I wanted to get away for our 28th anniversary but didn’t want to go too far from home. This was the perfect place. We arrived after dark and the lighted pathway was perfect. So many little touches inside that were so precious. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and it was such a peaceful stay. Beautiful home and fabulous view.

Beautiful location
The house is wonderful. The location is very beautiful and peaceful. The inside appears to be recently updated and the beds were comfortable. Ms. Diana was a wonderful host and very accommodating. The personal touches made us feel more welcome, like the chocolates and breakfast food. There were board games in the living room that we could play, along with a TV, and WiFi. There was also a very friendly outdoor cat, Mr. Bengal, that we saw from time to time. We stayed for four days and if we ever plan to visit Rogersville again, we hope that we can stay here.

Lake house
My husband and I really enjoyed our mini getaway. The house and property was PERFECT. We loved the view from the deck. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and just being able to spend time together. Mrs. Diana was so nice and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back. We would highly recommend! ❤️

Quad Cities North Alabama Lake House
My wife & I had no agenda other than getting away to enjoy some much needed together time. This property was absolutely perfect for that. Our host was gracious & promptly responded to any/all messages. The location was secluded with a wonderful view of the Blue Water Creek off the back deck. Had we been interested in fishing or other water-related activities they were easily accessible. Restaurants were plentiful - with two very good ones exytemely close by. Downtown Florence made for an enjoyable visit. We did one hike around the Wheeler State Park area, one waterfall in Tuscumbia, & one round of golf at The Shoals. But the majority of our time was spent at the house soaking in alot of peace & quiet & watching movies! Thank you to Diana for sharing her house with us! Tim & Missy Hattiesburg, MS
