It is located on the 1st floor of a modern new building with parking on site and features a 5 m² covered balcony with sea view, equipped with a table, chairs and clothes horse.



The apartment combines kitchen, dining and living areas and is modern furnished. The equipment includes air conditioning, heating, SAT-TV, a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a 3-seater sofa and an armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric stove (2 plates), microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. The dining area offers space for 5 people.



In the bedroom, a double bed (160 x 200 cm), chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror, room darkening and a private balcony are available. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and window. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed (maximum 2 animals for an additional charge).



The guests have access to a barbecue and an outdoor shower in the courtyard.
