We stayed at the property the previous year so our expectation were high, that being said it was somewhat disappointing compared to the previous year stay. The blankets used to lounge around inside the basket smelled like someone had been laying on it for weeks without showering. The shower curtain was also in need of washing it has a mildew body odor smell to it. The garbage can is broken, the step to open it is non existent and the inner housing compartment could not be removed we had to throw the trash away in the outside bin with no bag since we were unable to remove the bag or interior bin or the can. Everything else was ok.

This was our second time staying in this adorable cozy home. It’s a perfect home away from home when visiting our son at MS&T. Check-in/out is super easy and the host is very responsive! I made a mistake on our booking and didn’t book for enough nights…messaged the host and they promptly took care of me! We will definitely be back!!

Very cute,comfortable and clean. Located on A quiet residential street 3 minute drive from the college and 4 blocks from the Ozark Theater. We saw a Broadway caliber show there.We will stay there in the future!

Lovely little house

This is a darling little home. Nicely decorated. The property owner/manager was quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. The house was clean when I arrived. The neighborhood was quiet. Located within minutes of the college campus and local shopping. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this home. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn't work. Kelly was very responsive and informative when contacted. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute house - perfect for a weekend visiting MS&T. Kitchen well equipped, super comfy sectional in the living room. We ended up checking out early (because we wanted to drive home early) and contacting the host was a breeze. Only tiny issue was that the beds are a little creaky

This property was very cozy. We loved the kitchen and living area for hanging out. On the couple of occasions when I couldn't find something, I sent a message through the app and the owner/manager was very prompt in replying.

Coziest, beautiful little home

This house was perfect! It made us feel at home and the greatest thing was that it literally had EVERYTHING you need for your stay. Every utensil, cooking pot/pan, dishes and essentials were included which was so nice to have. This saved us from having to run to the store multiple times. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Cute cottage feel

While doing a college visit at Missouri S&T, we decided to stay in a vrbo. We were so happy with our choice! Both of our sons had their own room and it had a very comfortable and clean living space. Kelly was very detailed and thorough about the check in and checkout process. During the stay a tornado hit the town and Kelly was very responsive and helpful to ensure our safety. We are hoping the town recovers soon!

Cutest little place

We loved our stay. The home was super cozy and decorated so cute. The location was perfect. Close to everything and S&T, which is where my daughter goes to school and plays basketball. If we ever need a place to stay in Rolla again, we will stay here.

Smelly, drafty and dirty

The property unfortunately did not live up to our expectations. Immediately when we walked thru the door we noticed the smell of sewer being covered up by chemical cleaners. Once the cleaning products dissipated, the sewage smell seemed to get worse and worse. The walls and floors are so poorly insulated that we had to buy space heaters to keep the rooms our kids slept in warm enough for them. We also had to keep one in the living room to keep it warm. Finally, upon check in, we had to vacuum the entire place. The floors are so uneven that cracks were filled with dirt and crumbs.
