“Enjoyed our weekend at the renovated Exchange Building. Very cool to see how the owners have maintained the wonderful character and created clean, inviting spaces. Was just me and my partner and our unit was set up well for two people. Coffee shops and restaurants very close by. Very clean and well kept space. I would describe the vibe overall as minimalist with furnishings and in-unit amenities, but it worked for the two of us just fine.”

The apartment offered what seems to be a recently remodeled interior in the historic lumber exchange building with nice woodwork, fully appointed kitchen, spacious bathroom, and nice furnishings.”
