“This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.”

“The whole family has been delighted with the house. It had 3 spacious rooms, a wonderful garden, green surroundings and 2 bathrooms. In the house everything was fine for us, and it allowed us to relax and rest from the hot summer in Rome and from the visits to the great monuments. It has a train station very close, but in the end we use the ittaxi app to call a taxi to go everywhere. The manager of the house, Pascale, gave us an excellent welcome and she has been attentive to our questions. We...

“We only stayed one night but overall, it was a great place to stay for our layover. It was convenient to the airport and not too far from the center of Rome. The apartment was clean and David was very helpful getting us in and settled. The beds were not really beds, more like cots and a pull out couch. A friend staying with us had his feet hanging off the end in his room (he is very tall though). Those smaller cots are good for kids. ”

The four bedrooms upstairs or ideally located in the house was always a wonderful temperature with great air conditioning available when needed! The outside grounds and of course the pool are stunning. The staff to help look after the house could not have been better. They made sure the pool was ready...

“We had a wonderful time staying at Alfonso’s beautiful villa. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The pool was superb with a lovely seating area all day and evening. The football pitch/tennis area was brilliant and gave us many hours of enjoyment. Within easy walking distance to the town and its bars and restaurants and plenty of areas to explore for long runs!The location was superb and we took advantage of the main line train station 20 minutes drive away which took us in to Rome...
