Description of the spaces
The loft, about 40 square meters, is located on the ground floor and is designed to accommodate up to 2 people. The rooms are furnished with modern materials and a contemporary style that makes the space elegant, functional and comfortable.
The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a cozy living room with kitchenette and dining table for two people, perfect for a breakfast before discovering the city or a relaxing dinner after a day of exploring the wonders of Rome. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook independently, including induction cookers, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster and basic kitchen kit.
Also on the ground floor is the private bathroom, complete with toilet, bidet, shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer and courtesy set, designed to ensure convenience and comfort during your stay.
A characteristic spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine sleeping area, where there is the double bedroom with double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, wardrobe and split hot/cold air conditioning, ideal for ensuring maximum well-being in every season.
Guests have free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel and, on request, it is possible to add a crib for babies at a cost of 10 euros per night.
