Description of spaces
The apartment, of about 100 square meters, is spread over three levels — basement, ground floor and first floor — with welcoming and well-distributed spaces, designed to ensure maximum comfort.
The house is accessed through a lovely outdoor patio, furnished with a table and chairs: the ideal place to start the day with an outdoor coffee. The entrance opens onto a bright living room, furnished with modern taste and warm colors, where there is space for a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen smart TV and a dining table for four people. The kitchenette is fully equipped to cook like at home: traditional oven, microwave, gas stove, mocha, electric kettle, dishwasher, toaster and fridge with freezer.
Also on the ground floor is the first bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, large mirror and hairdryer, as well as a courtesy set for guests.
Going up the stairs, you enter the bright quadruple bedroom. Featuring a wood-beamed ceiling and skylight windows, this room offers a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed. The space is completed by large wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside tables with bedside lamps, heating and air conditioning.
Going down to the basement, there is a second large bedroom, perfect for families or small groups, with a double bed. On this floor there is also the second bathroom, complete with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, large mirror, hairdryer and courtesy set. The washing machine is always on floor -1.
The entire apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and independent heating with split, parquet in every room, iron and ironing board, and drying rack. On request, a crib is also available at a cost of 10 euros per night. The self check-in system allows maximum flexibility upon arrival.
