This 80-square-meter apartment is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (perfect for two additional guests), a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there’s a spacious double bedroom with two windows — bright and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring the city.

Located just a short walk from Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, and Trastevere, it’s the perfect starting point for discovering Rome on foot.

Wi-Fi, bed linens, and air conditioning are included. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups of up to 4 guests.

Arrivals after 20:00 require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After 00:00 the fee is EUR 60.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.
