Luminoso apartamento recientemente renovado en el primer piso de un edificio de principios de 1900, en el corazón de Trastevere, al lado de la casa de Dante Alighieri,
Todos los servicios turísticos están al alcance de la mano (Autobús -Taxi -Restaurantes -Bar- Oficina de correos- Farmacia-Periódico- Supermercado)
Consta de una espaciosa habitación triple triple (cama doble más una cama individual), una habitación doble espaciosa, una sala de estar con sofá cama doble, 2 baños con ducha, cocina, TV en las habitaciones, wifi gratuito, aire acondicionado, cada habitación incluida Los baños están equipados con ventanas aislantes termoacústicas, video portero, 2 ascensores, primer piso.
Nuestra casa se alquila con una licencia regular de "casa de vacaciones" y, por lo tanto, cumple con todas las leyes de seguridad requeridas por la ley.
La cocina está equipada con lavavajillas, vajilla, vasos, cubiertos para 8 personas, café Nespresso disponible y también cafetera, caldera, horno microondas.

It was a charming, historic apartment with all the amenities. Located in a great neighborhood with easy access to all the sights. Our host was EXTREMELY helpful, thoughtful and friendly.

The host was absolutely fabulous. Barbara met us at the property and walked us through the details of the apartment. When I book places to stay, that are out of the country, I am always a little nervous of how the communication and house will be. We got super lucky with this apartment! The location was great and what made it even better was the host Barbara. The apartment was as presented online and was clean. Barbara suggested local places to eat and arranged a car for us back to the airport. She even gave us local updates in the area as protests were happening around the city. On our way back to the airport, we realized we forgot a piece of jewelry at the apartment and called Barbara right away. She arranged for the house cleaner to locate it and meet us outside to give us our forgotten jewelry. We were so thankful for their kindness and honesty in retrieving our jewelry. We would definitely recommend staying here. If we ever come back, we will book this unit again. T McD.

Host met us at the property despite our late night arrival. We got a full rundown on the apartment and the area with recommendations for shopping, eating and site seeing. The area is perfectly just outside where most of the crowds of tourists were. The apartment was spacious and perfect for two couples.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable. Barbara checked in with us to make sure everything was good and was extremely helpful when my daughter wasn't feeling well and needed a dr. She scheduled cars for us which was very helpful even though there was a taxi stand and bus stop within a block. Cute cafes and bakeries were steps away. Definitely a 5 star experience

Fantastic place to stay

A perfect property for a family of four. Location was great (walking distance to many sites and restaurants and a taxi stand nearby for when the kids start grumbling), apartment was very well appointed and comfortable, and Barbara may have been the best host we’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Barbara does an amazing job. Leaves treats , cold water etc. Small repairs like any other rentals need attention. A/C Could use some service or upgrade. Window in kitchen wouldn't lock, blinds in 1 room were stuck slept good.Overall great rental. Very nice area and services away from little busier area.Italy is beautiful.

Wonderful stay in Trastevere!

My family just returned from a wonderful trip to Italy, which started with 3 nights in this lovely flat. Barbara met us at the property to help us get settled and was so incredibly responsive and friendly, providing helpful advice for places to go and things to see in the area. The flat provided enough space for our family of 6 and the bedrooms were air conditioned, which was important at this time of year. Trastevere is our new favourite place to stay in Rome - it is a bit outside of the main touristy area but still very easy to get to all of the tourist attractions. The area is safe, with beautiful cobblestone streets, delicious restaurants and cocktail bars. I highly recommend booking this property!

Perfect location in Rome

Barbara is an excellent communicator and host. We would happily stay at the Trastevere Apartment again. Excellent central location near buses, taxis, restaurants, grocery stores and the many adventures Trastevere offers — all are right at your doorstep. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds (note: window a/c units in bedrooms only), good water pressure, a washing machine, nice welcome basket of snacks, and a very workable kitchen. Barbara really goes out of her way to think through everything her guests might need - thank you, Barbara!

Perfect for Family of 4!

Great location to cool shops and restaurants. Perfect size for family of 4 with teens. Rooms were clean and cool at night with own AC units. The host is amazing! This was our best stay by far!! Highly recommend.

Perfect location and comfortable space

This was only a short 2 night stay with my spouse and 2 adult children. The property was in a great location for accessing and exploring the lively area of Trastevere on the southwest side of the Tiber River across from Ancient Rome. For us who enjoy walking we could reach the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and Trevi Fountain on foot as well. The property host Barbara personally met us and was in quick and continuous contact to aid and answer any question, and facilitated our ground transportation from the property to FCO airport on our departure. The entire stay was smooth and an enjoyable experience for our last 2 nights in Italy before returning to the USA.

absolutely perfect

The apartment in Trastevere was beautiful and the sound proof windows amazingly blocked the neighborhood noise. Location-wise we could not have asked for better. We walked EVERYWHERE and if we needed other transportation the bus stop was on our corner and the taxi stand one block away. Gelato and restaurants abound and the supermarket is right there as well. Cannot praise this beautiful apartment enough. And Barbara.....well she could not have been more helpful or available for any questions we had or recommendations we needed. She's fantastic.

Nice, spacious apartment in Trastevere

We enjoyed our stay - safe, spacious, clean and comfortable - with lots of amenities including a well-stocked kitchen (and treats for us). Conveniently located and close to a grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed meeting Barbara who gave us a little tour of the unit she and explained everything from the wifi to the coffee machine. The only negatives were that it is on a busy street with some street noise - we were especially unlucky with road work being done on two out of three nights - and wifi was very slow. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Wonderful apartment, great location

This was the first time to Rome for my wife and I and this apartment could not have been any better. Large and comfortable we settled in for a fantastic 12 night stay. Although on the main road, you hear absolutely nothing due to the sound proof windows. You are walking distance to every site in Rome and there must be over 50 restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. Barbara, the host, was wonderful. She met us for our check-in and was quickly available for anything we needed. Even arranging airport transfers. Stay here...you will not be disappointed.

Just like home.

Barbara was a fabulous host for her property. If you want to get an authentic feel for an actual neighborhood in Rome this is the place. It was centrally located and a bus and taxi stand are around the corner. The apartment does have a lift to get your luggage up one floor to the property. If you book you won’t be sorry.
