  • Newly renovated apartment located in Campo de' Fiori with independent entrance, that can accommodate up to 6 people. 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, kitchen and living room with double sofabed. The house is in the very heart of Rome - all the main attractions are reachable by foot - and has been completely renovated and furnished in December 2016. A/C and TV in each room, coffee machine, Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine are provided.

Pleasant Stay

The location is great. Easy access to Taxi's. In walking distance of many museums, piazza's and restaurants. Host is easy to deal with.

Great location

This property was just as advertised and perfect location. amazing restaurants are at your doorstep and it's easy to walk to everywhere you want to go in Rome. It is a little loud at night because you're right on the square, but if you're used to living in a city, then it's nothing you can't overcome!

Location Ideal

Very nice, new and well located. Open the kitchen window in the evening to hear the street musicians right under your window. Professional staff.

Perfect location

Apartment is in the best location. It is the heart of Campo, so there is noise, but totally worth it. Apartment was clean and iFlat was very responsive. Second bedroom closet was filled with clutter and not accessible Overall, the location wins my vote. Nice time was had.

Rome

Location is great, close to attractions and bus lines to get everywhere. If you like peaceful quiet places to sleep this will not be the place for you. The bars and restaurants in the plaza below are open late into the night. On Saturday it was 2am before things stopped. But if you can handle some noise when you sleep or like the night life then the location can’t be better.

This apartment is a great location but the front bedroom is noisy at night. Our checkin was problematic as we arrived during a bike race and needed to drop our bags...the property managers sent us the road closures, but then got caught in the road closure and could not meet us. The apartment is not "new" but is a good value for location.

Situation géniale !

Magnifique situation sur la place Campo di Fiori avec son ambiance, ses restos, son marché le matin. On peut visiter les principaux sites à pied de l'appartement (Vatican et Colisée à 25 minutes à pied de l'appartement). Deux chambres bien séparées avec chacune sa salle de bain, impeccable pour 2 couples. Par contre, une des deux chambres donne sur la place qui est très bruyante le soir, et les doubles vitrages n'empêchent pas le bruit jusque 2 heures du matin !

Good stay

This apartment is very well located. We had a pleasant stay. The hosts were very cooperative and reacted fast to our concerns. That said, we think the unit can have a few minor upgrades from the owner like changing or upholster the sofa (its terrible condition), bathroom accessories (there are no shower soap trays, there are no toilet paper holders, etc.), the closets and some drawers are full of junk and, most importantly, the windows to Campo dei Fiori should be sound proofed (the noise from the restaurant bellow air extractor and the bar's music at night can be a challengeThe iFlat (Hosts) should be more attentive to the cleaning process.

Campo de Fiori

It was a lovely apartment and only 1 flight up. Well stocked although we did not use the kitchen much. My only criticism is that my bedroom window opened to the piazza . It was quite noisy at night . It was a great location with lots of activity. The noise is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating.

April 2025 (3 nite stay)

Apartment was exactly as described. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a shower. The location was perfect for walking to all major sites, we only took taxis from airport and to Train station (for luggage). Apartment is one flight up so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. Location is excellent as it’s right near the Campo de Fiori square with plenty of restaurant options. The restaurant are open late and the front bedroom is nearest to the square so expect noise/music till late (after 1/2 am). The back bedroom is very quiet. The apartment kitchen was lacking utensils so we needed to pick up some. All in all, good location and great check-in with the property manager.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement très agréable est idéalement situé, tous les sites importants sont facilement accessibles à pieds, il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours et dans la rue. C'est pratique pour dîner mais c'est extrêmement bruyant jusqu'à 2h00 du matin et à 7h00 c'est le marché qui s'installe sur la place. Nous n'avons pu dormir qu'avec des boules Quiès dans les oreilles.

awesome location

Great location (many bars and restaurants literally outside the door of the flat), great communication, nice place, Guisseppi very cool guy. The only negatives were that one of the bathrooms needs work with the shower (water spilled all over the place) and there werent enough towels for my family of 6.

This is a good property that is in a central location that allows for walks to main attractions.

This was in a good location. The market in the morning was great to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. Before booking, we read the reviews and they indicated street noise. What was actually experienced was loud music that would rattle the windows at times. This would end at 2:00am. The market would start setting up around 6:00 am, so there is noise from that also but not like at night. We did have an issue with the air conditioning. It would not get below 25 C (77F) in the bedrooms, 24 C in the living room. We communicated this to the property manager but there was no sense of urgency to get it resolved. We stayed for 9 days and the issue was not fixed the entire time.

The apartment was clean, well furnished in a great area.

The location is a reasonable walking distance to most of the primary sights and neighborhoods. Great cafes, shops and narrow, ancient “roads” to explore. The market in the piazza sets up noisily each day and the restaurants are open late so sleeping soundly is a challenge. The limo that was arranged by the company/owner never arrived at the airport for us. No explanation offered.

Great stay!

Great location with windows in the living room and one bedroom overlooking the Campo di Fiori. A truly private entry. Campo di Fiori was loud one or two nights but usually OK -- totally worth the location. Entirely new and modern decor. Smart design. Extremely comfortable and clean.

Tolle Lage. Schöne, komplett renovierte Wohnung. Für 2 Paare ideal, da Wohn- / Schlafbereiche wirklich getrennt. Trotz der Lage - direkt am Campo di Fiori - nicht zu laut, da sehr gut isolierte Fenster.
