Una vez que ingrese a este palacio histórico y llegue a la residencia en el tercer piso, se encontrará frente a la vista más increíble de la Columna de Trajano. Descubrirá un apartamento amueblado y decorado de forma muy elegante, con una gran sala de estar, un comedor con papel francés, tres habitaciones con ropa de cama de la mejor calidad, tres baños con toallas de lujo, una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y una cafetera Nespresso. y una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora.

Gian Cristina were welcoming hosts who went the extra mile in every way. From excellent communication & logistics, to a personalized orientation of the property to providing much appreciated necessities like water, snacks, coffee and even a bottle of wine with a hand-written welcome note. If you are looking for a refined experience, look no further. The apartment is elegantly appointed, comfortable and in a phenomenal location - I cannot recommend it highly enough. The experience enriched our entire trip...grazie!

Amazing stay in Rome!

We loved our stay at this fantastic property! The location is perfect for touring Rome, and the apartment itself and the views are amazing. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking Trajan's Column. It is perfect for families and is truly a unique property. We can't recommend it enough.

Short stay in Rome city center

Hosts were fabulous the views from the apartment or exactly what we had hoped. They organized golf trips for us with Emmanuel, who was amazing and a ride to the airport. They recommended restaurants. Very, very nice stay We look forward to coming back

Beautiful home

The listing was very accurate. It was in a beautiful area with major tourist attractions close by as well as outstanding restaurants. The check-in process was excellent and everything was clean. Comfortable beds, great choice of coffee, and snacks upon arrival, etc. Would stay there again

A Gem in Rome!

Gian and Christina provided a beautiful and comfortable apartment for our first visit to Italy. Their apartment had everything we needed, including a warm and gracious welcome, and regular touch points to ensure that our stay was enjoyable! We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend it!

Amazing hosts and perfect location

From the moment we joined our stay the hosts, Gian and Cristina were incredibly helpful in planning private tours, personal chef, and private excursions. They are warm and friendly and the property is spectacular. An ideal location that allowed us to walk to all the best restaurants and sites. Beyond our expectations!

Amazing stay in Rome, 10 stars!

You must stay here to experience Rome. Gian and Cristina are amazing hosts and so welcoming it is like you are staying with family! Our family of 4 (two teenage daughters) stayed for 5 nights and our experience was exquisite. We are already trying to plan our next trip back to Rome! Perfect Roman apartment with plenty of room!The accommodations are beyond any hotel you will stay at in Rome and you are staying within ancient Rome. Gian helped us plan our stay and his recommendations for restaurants and using Petites Promenades and Sylvia were "spot on" for a cooking class, catacombs tour and day trip to Napoli and Pompei! He also helped arrange transportation to and from the airport which was so appreciated.We definitely look forward to returning!

Wonderful Stay

My family had a lovely time in Rome staying at Gian and Christina’s beautiful and authentic apartment. The location, while quite busy, was conveniently located to many of the sights of the city, and Petites Promenades (introduced and recommended by our hosts) was a great resource for tours and experiences—very high quality guides, and a very fun Italian cooking class. We were also grateful for Gian’s TLC in arranging for car service for my family—very helpful in a city where taxi access is more difficult. The curated guidebook in the living room was also a helpful resource for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Apartment and Ideal Location

We had a wonderful time at Colonna Traiana. The apartment was perfect for our family and had all the amenities you would ever need. Gian was helpful and prompt in all our communications and was very helpful in putting me in contact with local experts who helped arrange private tours and tickets. The apartment is in an ideal location and we were able to walk to most destinations. Definitely a memorable stay!

A great time in Rome

Gian and his family offer a beautiful apartment in a central location. We had easy access to everything, and the location made getting around very simple. The apartment was spacious and allowed us to make breakfast each day before we headed out to see the sights. We couldn't have asked for a nicer home base. We highly recommend this apartment. Authentic Roman experience, excellent location, and wonderful hosts

This was our first time as a family to Italy and it did not disappoint. Our host Gian and his wife Cristiana were absolutely amazing to work with leading up to our trip and wonderful hosts while we were there. We truly felt like family as they extended what use to be their home to our family for the week. The location was perfect and the terrace gave us beautiful views enjoy a nice Italian glass of wine and look out over the Trajan Forum. Thank you Gian and Cristina for a wonderful stay and welcoming us into your beautiful home and city.

When in Rome, stay here!!!

Together with my friends and business partners we reserved some quality time. And what better place to meet than right in the center of Rome! 😀 We loved our stay. The city, the food, the vibes... and yes, last but not least... this fantastic apartment within walking distance to all attractions. 10 out of 10 stars for Gian and his wife. Perfect hosts!!

Everything about this place is perfection! Form the location (near charming neighborhood of Monti as well as major sights like the colosseum and forum); to the view (wonderful balcony); to the host family and their support and amazing recommendations; to the gorgeous place itself. The apartment is gorgeous and while “classic Roman” everything is clean and up to date with modern comforts. If you want to stay in a nice place and need three bedrooms (or even two), you can’t beat this beauty!!

Best VRBO Stay Ever

The property was even better than the pictures on VRBO. Gian, the owner arranged for transportation for our group of six from the train station and to the cruise port. He made every effort to make our stay first class. He had breakfast snacks for us, candies and bottled water. The view of the Roman Forum from our bedroom was incredible. We were right beside the Victor Emmanuel Monument. A great location for sure. When we return to Rome we hope to stay here again. We cannot say enough nice things about this property.

Perfect Home Away from Home in the Heart of Ancient Rome!

This is without a doubt the perfect home from which to explore all that Rome has to offer. The location could not be more beautiful, with windows and a balcony overlooking Trajan's Forum, it is an easy walk to the Forum, Palatine Hill, the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The home is exquisitely appointed, and every last detail has been thought about to ensure guests have everything they need to settle in. The hosts, Gian and Christina, are gracious and welcoming, as if you were beloved relatives coming for a visit. If you want to immerse yourself in Rome and live like a local, you cannot do better than this wonderful home.
