Nuestra casa de vacaciones está situado en el centro, en el primer piso de un edificio del 800, cerca de la Basílica de Santa Maria Maggiore ya 10 minutos a pie del Coliseo.

Los niños de hasta tres años son gratis y disfrutar de forma gratuita dos cunas y dos sillas altas.

Hermoso departamento!

Perfectamente ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Roma, a pie de la mayor parte de sus monumentos y a solo 300 metros de la metropolitana. Encontramos el departamento muy amplio, cuidado y limpio. Tenia silla y cuna para mi bebé de un año, elementos de limpieza así como algunas cosas básicas como té, azúcar, aceite o café. La terraza es grande y cómoda para tener hermosas cenas de verano. Éramos 6 personas y hemos estado muy a gusto. En las cercanías hay supermercados, farmacias y todo tipo de negocios por lo que es muy fácil manejarse. Gracias especiales a Valentina por su interés y cordialidad. Además de estar siempre disponible para cualquier consulta. Esperamos volver pronto!!! Mientras tanto recomendaremos este departamento con mucho cariño.

Convenient, clean and welcoming

We were two adults and our grandson. The location was very convenient to sights we wished to visit within the walled city. The apartment was clean and it was nice to have a few conveniences of some snacks, coffee/tea, and paper towels to get us started.

Decent Enough

The property has some positives—most notably, the ample space and a very large terrace located between buildings. While the view is limited, the outdoor area is still quite enjoyable.However, there were a few downsides. Only one bedroom was equipped with sheets and pillowcases. When I asked about the missing linens, I was told they needed to be requested in advance. This was inconvenient, as I'm used to VRBO rentals automatically providing bedding for all sleeping areas.Additionally, while the bathroom itself was spacious, the shower was surprisingly small—too tight for a larger person to use comfortably.Because of these issues, I felt that a 3-star rating was fair.

Beautiful Apartment

Fantastic location with a wonderful host, Valentina! Close to all of the famous attractions in Rome, yet located on an intimate cobblestone street! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Viva Roma!!!

My only complaint was there wasn’t a washing machine. The listing said there was and the owner said there was a machine we just managed with what we had. The management got aggressive with me on chat as where she was describing the location of the washer (on a ledge in the bathroom) this was looked at and nothing found.

Amazing Location

This property was PERFECT for our stay in Rome. We came to see basilica’s for the jubilee with our adult son. This location allowed us (two of whom are out of shape seniors) to walk to easily a dozen basilicas and the Colosseum. Metro stations for the blue line and red line are easy walking distance and Termini Station is one bus stop away or a 15 minute slow walk. The Basilica of Mary Major is about a three minute walk and two other smaller basilicas are even closer. From this location, we visited almost 50 amazing churches and a few other sites. Restaurants The kitchen is fully stocked to meat the needs of three guests with more than enough dishes, utensils, glassware and pots and pans (and even a couple sizes of stovetop espresso makers). The smaller bedroom is small but ample space for one, and the larger bedroom easily accommodates two. The main living area is ample for an additional table (where we played games each night) and two sofas. The only thing that was a bit tight was the shower stall, but that’s all of Europe. (Americans are spoiled with larger shower stalls.) There was even a small washing machine. All in all the space was cozy but very comfortable. While the location and accommodations made this place perfect for us, the communication of the host was beyond INCREDIBLE! She checked in with us to see how our visit was going and get to know what we came to Rome to see. Valentina is an AMAZING host!!!If I could exceed 5 stars,, I would!

New Year break in Rome

Overall the property was clean and conveniently located. The coach from the airport stopped 5 minutes away and the get-in communications and welcome made settling in easy.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect apartment for our trip to Rome. We were able to walk to all of our destinations. The apartment also stayed fairly cool despite the warm weather. We did have a little challenge unlocking the door but Valentina was very quick to respond and once we figured it out, it went smoothly thereafter. We’d definitely stay here again.

Valentina was a fantastic host, with a lovely apartment. Communication was great, she provided many wonderful recommendations for food, shopping etc. We enjoyed the patio and the neighborhood, convenient for sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again.

Im Herzen Roms

Nimmt man den Bahnhof Termini als verkehrstechnisches Zentrum und das Forum/Colosseum als historischen Kern, so liegt man mit dieser Wohnung genau mittendrin. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen und sogar zwei Supermercati (Il Castore und Penny) sind für diejenigen, die eine "deutsche" Frühstücksverpflegung bevorzugen, in absoluter Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten). Wir haben das sehr geschätzt, da man nach langen Spaziergängen durch die Stadt auch mal schnell für eine halbe Stunde zum Verschnaufen in die Wohnung gehen kann. Die Beschreibungen im Expose passen recht gut, die Kommunikation mit Valentina hat super geklappt. Wenn man überhaupt etwas bemängeln will, dann die Lautstärke im Treppenhaus (Hundegebell in der Nacht), aber dafür kann man sich Ohropax mitnehmen. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder zu Le Sibille!

Great apartment

Wonderful apartment with fantastic location! We really enjoyed our stay and it was very quiet. We had planned to do most of our own cooking while staying there. We couldn’t find a chopping board in the cupboards and some metal cooking tools (spoons) would have been good addition, but overall it was fine and we were still able to cook. We do hope to stay here again in the future.

Rome apartment

Nice apartment convenient location, clean and tidy.However not to level you expect at a premium price! Shower needs looking at. IE shower head needs to be able to be hung up and a place for toiletries. The photo of the patio is nothing like what you get. You are extremely overlooked so much so that it stops you from sitting out. No cover over the veranda as in the photo which would give some privacy.

Spacious apartment in a nice location

The apartment is spacious and clean. It is on a quiet side street in a nice location. It is very close to a wonderful food market, and not far from a lovely park, where you can walk right by the Baths of Trajan on your way to the Coliseum. There’s also a little cafe there you can get a Spritz and watch the neighborhood kids play soccer every afternoon. Communication was very good and Valentina could not have been more helpful. We arrived early, and with the lock box key, she allowed us to get in and settled a couple hours early. She also let us keep our luggage there after checkout time. The only drawback, for us, was it is an interior apartment, facing other apartments, so there is no street life view, including the terrace. It also means there’s no direct sunlight. But if you spend most of your day exploring Rome, that may not be a problem.
