The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, combination microwave, toaster, juicer, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, dining table, TV, closet, and split A/C unit;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heat pump heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the living/sleeping area), washing machine, hair dryer, and clothesline.

Cars are NOT permitted in the inner courtyard.

The MM Flaminio metro stop, a 1-minute walk away, connects the apartment to Roma Termini Station, the main hub for public transportation and airport connections.

-From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway to the Flaminio stop, which is a 1-minute walk from the property.



If you are traveling by car, parking is not included; you CANNOT drive into the inner courtyard. However, you can park on the street for a fee (NOT guaranteed—blue-line parking); or, also for a fee, at Parking Bertollini on Via Emanuele Gianturco 3 (NOT guaranteed), a 5-minute walk from the property.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
