The property is in good shape and everything very clean and modern. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Located a short distance from downtown with many restaurants to choose from. You can easily walk to eat or take the free (just a tip) shuttle.

My biggest issue is the door that acts as door for closet and door for bathroom. It would not close all the way therefore there was no privacy in the bathroom

Impressed.
The entire staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. After a loan, tiring day encountering Melissa at the front desk was a blessing. Most of the time you and counter staff who appear that they hate being there and can’t wait to leave. Everyone worked as if they had a part in the company! Room was very clean!!!!! I was really impressed. And will definitely book again.

We booked a room with 2 queens for a family of 4 and were given a room with a single king when we arrived. No other rooms were available, so we were not able to change to an appropriate room. The love seat sized fold away bed is not an equivalent alternative. We specifically chose this hotel and room for the two queens. To work around the problem, we had to purchase an air mattress.

Generally OK. My big issues; bathroom trash from the previous guest was not properly emptied (there was still gross trash in it). Also lotion and body wash ran out

The property is under major construction and no one was told. We’re here with a softball team and you have to take the service elevator to get to the rooms. There is also no breakfast. None of this was told to us beforehand. Way too much money for all the inconvenience.

The hotel was under renovations and a dangerous construction zone. None of which was mentioned on the website. There was one elevator for 5floors which is a fire hazard. When I asked the staff abt the construction I was told if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and rude. Every patron we encountered was displeased and upset at the conditions of the establishment.
