Silvia ha sido extremadamente atenta en todo momento, tanto antes de la llegada como durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento se ajusta exactamente a la descripción y hemos estado fenomenal. 100% recomendable. Silvia nos dejó hasta comida y vino para cuando llegásemos y dos personas nos atendieron a la llegada para darnos las llaves y explicarnos todo. En fin un 10, tanto el apartamento como la propietaria.

This was a great place for one or two people. It is very quiet and bed is comfortable. The proximity of the bus was the game changer. Easy transportation to every sight you want to see. Walking is also an option which I did a lot. The host and manager were most helpful too. Any question was answered promptly.

The landlord and property manager were very helpful and accommodating. The studio is small but cozy. Bathroom has standing shower that was quite small which seems to be the norm in Europe. Having a bidet was amazing though. I recommend you bring tissue boxes and toiletries. Having a washer was also great. It was very hot in Rome, so having a washer for our sweaty clothes was great. There is a cute balcony with a clothes line to line dry the clothes. The refrigerator was small and located outside on the balcony. The air conditioner worked very well, making the temperature in the place very comfortable.Sylvia was very attentive and checked in on us a couple of times, taking care of our needs.The apartment itself was smallish, good for 1-2 people, but no more than that. Tile floors, very clean. It is in an older building on the 4th floor. Fortunately there is a small elevator.There is a train station within a short walk, but we opted to use Uber for transportation.There is a small shop near the train station for drinks, food, and ice cream, otherwise there are no restaurants nearby.Overall we were very pleased with the apartment and especially the friendly caring service of the landlord and property manager.

This was our first trip to Italy. And, the first place we stayed at in Italy. We Loved it! And, are very Grateful we had a host like Sylvia (and Matteo.) She was warm, thoughtful, helpful, and accommodating.Silvia informed us about public transportation, places to eat, really she responded to all questions we asked. The apt is very close to San Pietro train station-right next to the Vatican and walking distance to everything.The building has a lift - which we learned is unusual in Italy - so that was great.*One word of warning. If you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage you'll have to muscle up to handle the stairs at San Pietro train station.

Great communication from the host, very helpful with recommendations and any queries we had during our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. The flat is located 3 minutes away from the train station and only a 10/15 minute walk from the Vatican City. The only downside was the early check out at 10am.

Hi, we could not have asked for a better host and family to take care of us while we stayed in Rome. Not only did Silvia and her family help us in every way possible they provided us with so many different avenues to get us around such a busy city.. we appreciate everything that they’ve done for us and when we come back, we will definitely seek her to stay againIf anybody is looking for a place that you can relax and enjoy and have the freedom to talk to a host that will lead you in the right directions. Great location for Vatican.Can be a bit far from the common roman attractions but the metro system is easy to use and nearby.Room was nice, shower a bit small but otherwise cozy.On a hill expect to walk every morning and night to get to your next stop, food options close by just in case you need to get something in the area (5-10 min walk minimum).Very accommodating and very nice bed!

Accueil chaleureux de Matteo l 'intermédiaire de notre hôte. Studio très calme, à proximité d'une gare pour avoir aussi une correspondance de métro.Belle découverte de la Rome contemporaine et de la Rome antique, sans oublier le Vatican, sa basilique Saint Pierre, le trésor du Vativan, Ostia et le château des Anges . The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for our 11-day vacation stay. The location in a quiet residential area is very convenient, just up the street from the San Pietro train station and within walking distance of the Vatican. If you enjoy a long walk, you can also walk from there to other places in Rome such as the Forum, Circo Massimo and Trastevere, but you can get city buses from the bus stop on the other side of the train station if you prefer to save your walking for the sights!All in all, a nice place to spend a few days in Rome!

This property is conveniently located for Vatican visits, but walkable to all of the other attractions in Rome. The host was very accommodating and provided helpful suggestions for us. The studio was clean and stocked of items for the kitchen and laundry. We would highly recommend this studio for any length of stay in Rome.
